Red Roof Inn Merrillville

I loved everything about the room, the bed was comfy. The stay was really nice, but the area and pretty much all the people living or staying there gave me really ghetto vibes. But the hotel and staff was great.

We booked the room for 2 nights and we were gone for the whole day and came back to the room still in the same condition and they didn't have any towels and I had to ask for more tissue.

I loved everything!! From staff to the cleanliness of my room to the location ( right down the street from the mall) this hotel is right in the middle of eatery spots!

Nothing, my overall stay was enjoyable!

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Area was great lots of places to eat. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Tv service could have been better. One room tv didn't work. The other one the service went out and didn't come back on until the next morning.

Location and front desk clerk was very nice, although the hotel was understaffed

Would like to have had a coffee maker in the room. The refrigerator had such a horrible stench we could not use it. Floors not clean, sticky substance on floor under the bed

The staff were polite and the room was clean

Every thing was as well as that could be accepted. I had to ask for towels after a couple of days and got them right away from the help.

They never came into my rood to clean the whole time i was there (four days).

Location was the best! Right down from the mall. Surrounded but numerous restaurants.
