Holiday Inn Mishawaka, an IHG Hotel

The beds were comfortable. The staff was very nice. The pool was awesome, the boys loved it. The hotel itself was very clean our room was immaculate. Beware of overpriced breakfast. I hope there are restaurants close by.

The idea that you guys put breakfast for $10.50 when most places even the very nice ones are free breakfast! I think this is totally ridiculous!

Manager was great, friendly and nice. Bed was comfy, room was clean.

Fire alarm going off in the morning for a half an hour and then throughout the day. So annoying and jarring to me. That should not happen, people are spending a lot of money, needs to be addressed.

Was there for a Notre Dame football game. Location is less than 10min from the stadium and lot’s of convenient stuff around the hotel. Hotel is new and clean. The buffet breakfast was excellent. They have free laundry facilities which was nice.

Price gouging! The room is probably about $100 per night on a non-football weekend. It was $400+ on a football weekend. But, so it goes on a ND football weekend….

Young woman working the front desk was super helpful and allowed me to print items needed for great niece 1st birthday at the front desk since business center printer was not working. I feel like she really went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met.

Everything from the moment we entered! Staff was amazing and very welcoming and Friendly. Restaurant had great food very, very well priced. The room with included breakfast was well worth it! Breakfast was incredibly good!

Could have used a hot tub..lol.

The staff members were very kind and accommodating. The rooms were larger than I expected, which was nice. Everything was clean and neat. It was much better than other hotels I have stayed at. I would love to come back if I have the opportunity to do so.

The hotel I booked before was not what I expected it to be so I booked this one at the very last minute I checked in within 10 mins from booking the lady that checked me in was very nice she did advised me about breakfast and the time frame but I didn’t know it was an up charge I love the fact the pool was opened the families had to sign up for a spot in order to swim do to Covid all in all a great trip!

The front desk attendant, Terry, has exceptional customer service skills. She is attentive, her responses are pleasant and she was extremely helpful! For example, we were missing drinks with our breakfast and she made sure my boys had their drinks. Terry is a breath of fresh air!

Having the emergency alarm coming on at 7am Saturday. June 11th. It woke me from a deep sleep!

It was a little hard to find this place on the Google map. The place is very good and clean and the bed is comfortable. The best place in this town base on price and cleanliness.
