The room was comfortable. We really liked having a fire on the beach. This hotel is located close to restaurants and shopping. The views are stunning and just sitting in the lobby with a drink is so relaxing.

I traveled with my brother in law, in his vehicle, and I was still charged the $22 per day for parking. I didn’t have a vehicle that I parked. I contacted the property and they are seeming to ignore my issue. Beware that if you carpool with someone that you will be charged the $22 per day parking fee even. I’m not happy with the way they’ve handled this situation.

Loved the location, beach front hotel easy access to the beach outdoor patio sitting area. Lounge and bar area had a nice view of the ocean. Staff was very friendly and helpful!

The room was a little outdated, so you mainly pay for the ocean view from your room and location of the hotel.

Beach view is amazing! The Hotel is right at the beach, nothing beat that.

I got surprising charge on parking that I'm not full aware of, I thought the booking cost is the final that include all the fees already, and the VOD. The reception help desk offer to other guest checking in with complimentary bar, unfortunately not to me.

The view of the ocean from my room door. The pressure and heat in the hot water for the shower was amazing. The pressure in the bathroom sink was horrible though. Glad to have a mini fridge.

The bed was uncomfortable. Would have loved having just a 30 dollar microwave in the room. I was in room 452 and the signs to find the room were horrible. I had to call the front desk to be directed to walk past multiple restaurant rooms to get there, Also the room should not have carpeting and should have better rust/corrosion resistant paint due to the ocean/salt water air as the carpet is rapidly deteriorating and the walls/door frame were rusty. Wifi needed a password but no password was provided. Also was 20 dollars a day to park in their own private parking lot. Also was $30 per day resort fees but no info on anything that included and we definitely did not have time or knowledge to make use of these items.

Restaurant & lobby bar were excellent. Staff very nice.

Room on floor one was kind of worn out. Needs sprucing up. Sink is very difficult to wash your face in & closet/shelves area should be re- designed. HVAC is extremely loud & there needs to be weatherproofing at the door & spaces on that wall. I expected more since it was pricier.

Love that it’s right on the beach. Love that they have readily fire pits. The pool is a good nice. The jacuzzi feels wonderful.

It needs some updating.

The railing was partially covering the view of the ocean out of the room - wide wooden pieces. I also didn't realize there will walkway by the room and will be people walking right by my room window. The restaurant railing was better.

This place is amazing it's like finding a hidden gem . The feel for this hotel feels like an ocean cottege throughout this hotel .It has a lot of amenities like private beach, fancy restaurant up on 4 floor with amazing views of the ocean , bond fires with a s'mores package it's like $40 extra but you get wood with fire starter , graham cracker, marshmallow,2 Hershey bars and 4 wooden sticks . You can have a bond fire on the beach with city ,ocean views also you can take late night strolls on the beach it's amazing .If it's too cold that day you can go to 2 floor lobby area it has seating with floor to ceiling windows with large gas fire place .Or on each floor you walk around the whole hotel with 360 veiws .On the first floor has a court yard with lights and you can picnic one grass or tables .This place has a heated pool and spa but it was broken .What ever your little heart desires you can do here the staff is very polite and accommodating.I will be coming back every year .one of my favorite hotels.its feels very safe they have security walking the whole property.

Don't judge the look of the hotel .The room is small and cute but a little out dated it has been remodeled but no microwave in the rooms coffee machine is so cheap looking .they carpeted floors in the room so sand gets everywhere.plated floors in the bathroom area and it's really cold so when stepping on those floors the morning 🤯 just watch out lol .you will get extra charges for overnight parking so bring extra $350 just in case .The heated spa was broken it smelled like gas 🤢 not great but heated pool was really good .

the hotel is in a perfect location and the lobby and bar restaurant were wonderful. Loved the easy beach access as well. The staff was first class.

The hotel could use some updating. Our door didn't close and lock properly and the rooms could use some new updates.

The hotel is amazing. It is beautiful! The location is majestic. The ocean-view rooms are a MUST. There is nothing like seeing the ocean from your room window as you lay in bed and hearing the sound of the ocean waves throughout the night. I loved it. The hotel has its own restaurant overlooking the ocean, the food was delicious. It is a little pricy but worth it. The hotel also has its own bar on the 1st floor that overlooks the ocean as well. The guest lobby by the bar also overlooks the ocean. Everything about this hotel screams- Ocean views. The patios have firepits for night fires people can gather around with excellent views of...you guessed it, the ocean. The beaches are clean.

The size of the rooms was not what I expected. They look bigger in pictures but they are smaller than you would think. The room's view makes up for the size.
