The staff was friendly and professional. I needed some help accessing the internet and getting directions. The team made sure I got that entered into my phone so I could meet with people on my visit

Your facility met my criteria for location and value. Extremely convenient to the highway and Columbus yet close to Powell where I visited friends.

Not having public restrooms off the lobby. My son was told he could not use the restroom until he checked in at 3:00 pm. Girl at the desk was a little rude but everyone else after that was great and accomodating. Overall I was really happy with my stay. The bed in room 205 was a little stiff but I survived. : )

check in was easy. Room was clean. Kitchenette was awesome!

Pillows gave my partner and I both headaches and neck aches. First room wasn't clean which was merely an oversight or computer glitch, nothing serious but it felt like we walked in on a room occupied by someone else.

The rate was not changed on my credit card after giving me one queen suite instead of two queen rooms.
