Very close to the zoo and water park and the mall .. The hot breakfast was the best I've had at any hotel... And the rooms are huge and clean... Bed comfort wise was just ok... Staff was great and accommodating... Decent pool...

Hot tub was out of order which was a bummer and even though I signed up for their rewards I never got my parking voucher paid which was what I was told would cover parking... I've stayed in a lot of hotels... Parking is always free... Not here for some reason... If I'm already paying to stay, my parking should be included in the price of my room...

Everything was very comfortable and clean with plenty of space for myself and son. Loved the large tvs we got there a little early but was given our room I really appreciated that also. Good to have great breakfast back which everything was good

For our stay for a night I can’t think of anything that was a problem. The bathroom was off my room but I like how the toilet and tub was separate from the sink area

Breakfast was very good, it would have been nice to have warm cereals. Your kitchen staff are amazing as a matter of fact, all the staff were friendly and really made you feel at home.

Our sink in the bathroom took forever to drain, and the toilet got stuck after every flush and we had to jingle to prevent from running constantly. I really didn't like the pranksters who pulled the fire alarm and of course the fighting with a member of your staff the following day but I really can't blame the hotel for that nonsense.

The location was great, very nice and quiet. Not a lot of traffic & looked very safe.. Close enough to fun attractions & good restaurants. The property is nice & clean.

I did not like how small the pool is.. In my search for a hotel my requirements were a nice pool & breakfast included. The pictures of the pool were very deceiving. I was willing to pay more for a nice pool & the pool was just over 3 feet deep & not big enough for the amount of people that were in it!!

The staff and hotel exceeded all my expectations. The only problem was the whirlpool jacuzzi at the pool was not working. The swimming pool was cold and murky looking. Not clear at all. The rest of the facility was very nice and clean. Would definetly stay again.

Pool and hot tub need some attention.

The room was spacious and had a whole kitchenette which was really nice with having the family we could go to Kroger and buy food for the weekend saving money there

Breakfast was a bit sparse but it was a busy weekend so that is kind of expected

The pool was great for kids, breakfast every morning was hot and fresh, no issues with getting more blankets and pillows. Sue at front desk…superb and friendly!!

Cant open windows more than an inch..would be nice if could open half way

it was so nice and clean and organized. Staff was great. We called for a reservation before going up but when we got there, they couldn’t find it. i believe her name was Colette at the front desk. She was very understanding and helped to book another reservation with no problem. She also provided the family with free drinks for the inconvenience!

Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, variety of hot and cold items to choose from. Close to our destination.

No bath towels in our room. When we called down, the woman was not very nice and insisted that we already had towels. Eventually some were brought to our room. No towels at the pool. None were brought while we were there. Hot tub was broken even though I was told it was open.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean, the breakfast was delicious. Love the fact that some of the restaurants were in walking distance.
