Knights Inn - Scranton/Wilkes-Barre/Pittston

The staff and the cleaning crew was nice and respectful. The room was clean. The hot tub worked. and it was clean. The bathroom and sink area clean. The air condition was good. The bedding and the bed clean and comfortable.

The room smelt of nothing but cigarette smoke had to open the door to the room to air the smell out every day we was there. There was a cigarette stain on top of the roof of where the hot tub was. In need of repairs and paint job especially were the cracks are and the hot tub itself and under the sink cabinet there was no kind of flooring to put things in that cabinet. In need of more cable and antenna channels.

Convenient location. Gas station next door. Lots of food options nearby Easy to get on/off highway. Good value.

The bed was a little uncomfortable to get settled in but it was fine for the one night we were there just passing through on our way to Philly. I had the Do not disturb on the handle in front but there a man who kept trying to open my door a few times around the hours of 8-10. I could see him through the peephole. He was probably mistaken as to which door he really wanted but he came back twice more and kept jiggling the handle instead of knocking. I never opened the door.

Located almost next door to a McDonalds. Always get breakfast there. Main meals at local Chinese buffet up the road. We were just minutes away from local rock and mineral show we were working.

Have stayed here before because of location. Beds could be improved. Believe mattresses are worn out.

Basic, simple, clean, convenient, economical.

The sign for the motel is hidden by tree branches. I drove right by it twice.

Very friendly staff ,I like the location,convenient to I 81 and the airport. It is pet friendly.

I felt that the floors weren't as clean as they could be but overall it was well worth it.

The entrance to the property is only accessible from one direction. You have to turn around up the highway. Same thing when you leave, you can only go right so if you want to go to the stores to the left, you have to get turned around. They also call before check out time to be sure you can

I requested a hot tub room and was advised to ask upon arrival. Come to find out no rooms available. Very disappointed.

Not much. Besides better pillows.

Nothing everything was wonderful

Great place to stay.. If your looking to go the casino or night clubs in wb. We stay here everytime. Jacuzzi rooms are so relaxing everything u need is right next to you. I would always recommend this hotel.
