Quality Inn Cookeville

The staff was very helpful and the room was clean and comfortable.

The key card for the room didn't work properly which required having the staff open the room. The key card gave problems the entire stay.. The area was under construction, making entry to the motel difficult. Also the advertisement showed a pool and gym. These weren't available due to the construction.

The hotel is under major construction, but they do a good job of separating it out from the areas where guests stay. Seems like it will be quite nice when it’s finished. Perfectly fine for one night. WELL worth the rates they are currently charging.

Some areas aren't well-painted-chipping or worn, butno biggie.

Had to take the microwave out of the cubby and sit on the desk to plug in . The bathroom door wouldn't shut all the way. Parking is limited.

the fact our Tele it barely worked and the knob barely worked on our bathroom door in room 507

Parking was bad. Construction of another building next door meant limited parking. That was a pain.

It was good,never got to have an option of a pastry or a breakfast sandwich at any other facilities

There was nothing needing attention in any area
