Comfortable Room. Checkin was by an English speaking gentleman that was very pleasant and accommodating. Location very convenient from interstate.

the key swipe to get into the building on one side did not recognize my key but the other side of the building did. From the looks of the bad key swipe it had been causing problems. it was pretty beat up. Wall lights beside bed would fall when you tried to turn them on. Window curtain above the HVAC unit would blow out into the room when fan came on and air could not circulate thru the room. pulsating show head defective

Room was comfortable and the breakfast was okay. Nothing bad and nothing to get excited over. But we shopped price and were happy with our stay.

Nothing we didn't like. Just an average place that met our needs. We might not look to stay here again but would if needed. Convenient to the highway.

I liked the staff and the rooms were clean and the place was neat. My husband loved taking a dip in the pool.

it had an overwhelming cleaning or deodorant/ air freshener smell everywhere. The smell was cloying and slightly sickening. Also the breakfast room was not well stocked at 8 am.

Multiple good options available. Cleanliness, courteous staff. The landscaping was beautiful.

Seen several items in the property were in need of repair. Ice machine on second floor, the dryer in the laundry room, and the elevator inspection was out of date. Also the toilet in 224 was noticed to have a leak. Sorry we didn’t report the elevator and toilet to the staff, got busy and forgot.

The daytime manager was very helpful, friendly, and approachable. When I addressed the issue regarding the morning employee and breakfast, she immediately asked me what happened and said she would have a discussion with her employee to correct the problem. The location was quiet and the room was spacious and clean.

The location was somewhat difficult to enter. There was construction going on surrounding the property. The morning staff who handled the breakfast area was unfriendly, curt, and told me there was no breakfast, but when I inquired about it again, she disappeared for a moment and returned with a sack that contained fruit and pastries, stating that people take advantage of the sack breakfasts. Her assumption that I would automatically take more than what I needed made me feel unappreciated as a customer.

The staff was great, the facilities were very clean and comfortable, it was quiet which allowed for some great sleeping, and the breakfast although small was nice and the pool opens in April

It needs minor repairs, the carpets could use a good cleaning, the caulking around the toilet was loose and peeling, there were slight stains on the furniture

The pool was awesome. My kids loved it. the rooms were clean and they smelled good. You all have a great place and the staff was so nice.

The owner was extremely polite and very nice. He said he remembered us from the time we stayed there before, about 2 years ago. I believe he was sincere. That was nice and made us feel comfortable and at home.
