Beautiful place! Everything was super clean and roomy. It was a convenient location to everything in Pigeon Forge. The downtown historic district was adorable. The staff was friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

My only complaint was a pending charge they leave on your account until check out. If someone is counting on that money to enjoy their vacation it would be awful. No one made me aware that this was a normal thing for their system to do. The lady at the front tried to help resolve the matter. But unfortunately it did stay on my account during the duration of our stay. So something to keep in mind for your budget.

Location, the unit itself, was beautiful and a nice surprise. 2 beds, 2 baths. Walking location of downtown Sevierville and close to grocery stores and shops. Far enough away to be out of the hustle of bustle of PF but close enough to enjoy shops and restaurants.

There was some type of construction going on at the restaurant I believe. We heard hammers quite a bit. Also would recommend to request a unit in the back of the building as we heard every conversation of anyone leaving the restaurant as we were in the front. I also would recommend changing the front desk hours from 8am - 8pm. We needed to leave early the last day and had to wait until 9am to check out. The rainshower was a nice idea but wasn't executed well. Also, in the master bath, you need to be 6 ft tall in order to wash your face in the sink. Luckily there was a second bathroom that I could access. We would definitely stay again but would request a back unit.

We liked having the top floor. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. A sufficient amount of towels were provided and the kitchen was a great size while having access to a washer and dryer was awesome!

I wish the third bedroom had a door (this is where the trundle bed was located). There also was not a chest of drawers in that room. The door handle to the master closet kept falling off. The master bathroom configuration was very odd as the shower was small and the toilet faced a wall. We could have used more plates and bowls (four were provided) but overall the place was very nice. The key lock was cumbersome.

Receptionist was very nice and friendly, like the ability to be able to cook while on vacation and not rely on eating out daily.

Have stayed here the last week of June for the last three years, each year I pay more but my room gets smaller yearly. That being said I would guess it is still a good value compared to other local hotels.

Our stay was amazing! As a family of 5, the three bedroom suite was perfect. Plenty of space, very clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was amazing! Because it is in the downtown area, parking is a smidge tight if you drive a larger vehicle (we do), but the hotel has a good number of reserved spots, so there is always a spot available. The location is very convenient to all things Sevierville including some great local restaurants. We were very pleased!

The rooms in this hotel are absolutely beautiful and spacious. It’s basically like a condo and has everything you need including washer and dryer, full kitchens and our room even had a small dining room. The reason I’m not giving this 5 stars is because the noise from other rooms and the hall is non stop. Not to mention the police station is right next door and sirens were going off at all times of the night when they would get calls which sometimes was every few minutes. There is no sleeping with all the noise you endure unless you have a very loud fan or are a very hard sleeper. There were also unsupervised kids running down halls, hitting doors, and the walls and ceilings are paper thin. You could hear everything. Staff is only there from 9am-7pm. If you have issues at night there is nobody available at all. You would have to call some number as they are gone for the day. Parking is terrible (the spaces are small and if you have a bigger vehicle then it may get dings) because work trucks take most of the spots. We had to park across the street for our entire stay. There is only one very small luggage cart. It’s all to pieces also. I cannot believe there are not any other luggage carts except this one. The handle is off of it as well and it really needs to be replaced, so be prepared to carry or roll your luggage to your room.

Parking, noise, lack of staff, police sirens constantly from police station next door, had to take your own trash out, no daily cleaning at all unless you want to pay $75 per day.

hotel is conveniently located to everything! there are restaurants within walking distance. Suites were very roomy, comfortable beds, very clean

Need to upgrade toilet paper and complimentary shampoo products to a better quality

Everything was nice and clean. Very spacious room!

For a room that sleeps 8 people, the hot water tank should be enough for 8 people to shower. By the time the 2nd person was done showering, we had to wait for more hot water which was very inconvenient. Other then that, it was perfect!

How it felt like i was in a luxury apartment

Not enough room for me my boyfriend and are 4 kids all 3 girls had to share a bed and the boys had to share the couch bed other then that it was awesome

Very cozy and spacious

The only complaint i have is the bathroom in the main room. We had a 2 bedroom. And the shower was very bery small. The counter is too long, and the toilet to sit cat corners the shower was extra small. Like you could not spread your arms and hardly could bend over.
