the rooms are very well design specially the business floor the free parking very convinient for the center

no have liquid soap, no tooth brush and so on.. for the price paid I think need more this

The staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. I particularly loved the staff in the restaurant.

I had to pay significantly more than the rate that was confirmed with booking.com for my stay at the property. This greatly affected my trip.

Construction works on a Friday from (at least) 2 pm to 6 pm - makes it very difficult to work in peace in your room. That same on a SATURDAY at 9.30am. Not up to the level expected. Staff took notice but not much besides that. Also laundry was not delivered into the room - reception insisted it was because of "do not disturb" sign....which was not there. After 3 times insisting it was not placed, i gave up discussion and just took my clothes.

We appreciated the size of the room, quiet comfortability, and easy access to multiple malls and restaurants like Agora Mall, Laurel, and Campagna. Its not a luxury hotel per say, but its definitely a good home base to get around the city from that doesn't suck. Wifi works well for free.

The elevator was strange as it would sometimes not go to the floor you wanted it to and would favor the newest number pressed over going to floors in order when multiple guests were sharing the elevator ride together. Kind of annoying, but manageable.

It was amazing!! We will definitely come back, Thanks to all staff, who did our stay perfect!! I think it is one of the best hotels, where I ever stayed.

It would be nice to have a map of the hotel, where everything is located (restaurant, swimming pool, opening hours, etc.). Anyway the hotel is the best!!

The cost was higher than the booking offer. Up to $150 additional. I think that booking should clarify that the total cost will be impacted by the rates changes.

The pool area was not relaxing at all, the music very loud and Spanish dembow I don't think is suitable for that time and place , also would be nice to have more pool furniture.

The mini bar had nothing in it. Marly, is not prepared to work with customer service. He doesn’t know how to manage hotel information. He has no sympathy. We love Luis, the security. He was really attentive with us. Great customer service provides by Luis.

The hotel only gave me 1 bottle of water for my entire stay, everything else in the mini bar inside the room must be paid for separately

The location was great. We didn’t eat breakfast in the hotel because we came for wedding and we went out to eat. The staff was professional and nice. They we’re very good and approachable with good manners. God bless Johnny, Gabriella, Alexandra and Laura. All the staff were amazing. 👌👍🏽

I love everything about the hotel. The environment was clean. The staff was organized. They were very supportive. The staff dressed well and looks professional.
