The roof top pool and bar are stunning. All the staff we encountered were friendly polite and welcoming. The buffet breakfast is second to none and has everything you could wish for...including Prosecco! The rooms were large and air conditioned. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, I had a good night's sleep every night I stayed. The hotel smells great in all the public areas. The hotel is located a little out of the centre, but public transport and taxis are widely available. If you want to walk to the centre of Milan then you could do that too. The Armani Silos are very close and worth a visit if you are interested in fashion and seeing many original pieces. There are many good restaurants in the area to suit all tastes.

There is a shower over the bath and I would have preferred a walk in one. There sealer around the bath was also mouldy and a bit off putting. There was a mini bar but no price list. A small bottle of water cost €4, I'm glad we didn't have anything else. There was no milk for tea/coffee and paper cups were provided.

The hotel was fun, the breakfast was great and the room was lovely and spacious with almost everything you could want. The bed was also very comfortable and I liked the little amenities of the toothbrush, toothpaste etc. We had the junior suite and the room was just perfect. Once we discovered how to get to the Navgli canals we ate better meals! the Mudec museum is also worth visiting but be prepared to pay for entrance to the special exhibitions. We went to one on Surrealism and it was really worth every penny.

We needed better directions to places around the hotel. It felt like we were walking forever to get anywhere. It was only on the last day that we realized were not so far from the main restaurants etc.

room size for the quadruple is very big! all the bed are comfortable. location is about 15 mins taxi/uber ride to central Milan room amenities. parking area (with booking), so you won’t struggle to find parking spot (yes there’s a fee/day) but save you lots of time trying to find a parking space.

there’s no door to the bathroom! this caught me by surprise, but i guess this is part of how the hotel design individually for each room. when i call to check with the reception, she’s very kind to offer me to change room for next day. the only suggestion is when guest check in, please let the guest know if the room assigned to him/her/them have no door to the bathroom.

The rooms are big, modern and clean. The beds are comfortable. Higher standard than the average hotel in Italy. It's located on a residential area, close to Navigli and therefore walking distance to nice restaurants and bars. We were in the right neighbourhood for the Milano Design week :) Great value for money.

You still need to walk to every touristic site. The nearest metro station is 15 minutes walk. However not bad if you like walking. We walked everywhere and took taxi when the distance was too long. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel because it was expensive.

Room was spacious, parking available behind the hotel. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was good. Some interesting art in the corridors.

Some room design choices were strange. Only two plugs (if you disconnect the water cooker). USB plug not working for phone charging. Bathroom was spacious and artistically arranged, but not very functional. Air conditioning very loud. No support for city transport to the centre (Duomo)-- we had to ask around in the streets and finally managed after a complex installation of a dedicated app, registration, credit card registration and purchases for total 8.8 euros, etc. Definitely an overkill. The hotel hast to provide some public transport assistance to its guests, as a car is definitely not an option for moving in the city centre.

Extremely friendly and welcomming staff - We were very grateful that we got an upgrade to a juniorsuite on our honeymoon. nice and spacious room and fantastic bathroom.

We were quit disapointed to find out, that it would cost upto 40EURO pr person to reserve a sunbed by the pool, and we were told that we were not allowed to use the pool unless we had a reservation. Therefore we only used the pool once.

the location to my job was perfect. the room was very quiet. great pressure in the shower and a comfortable bed

the decor, is terrible, very ugly lobby, with dated furniture and bad art installations. with such a great industrial building in a country rich in modern design history I was surprised no one has decided to lean into that. this hotel could be 100% better with a re design in a bauhaus style. a swimming pool for laps would be a great addition and a good restaurant. the gym should have 24 hour access considering people travel from all over the world. ceramic mugs in the rooms for coffee or tea would be better than paper

The stay at the hotel was fantastic, we stayed four nights and got good treatment from the staff, and the room was always clean and big. It was during the design week, so there was even a nice party in the hotel lobby one night.

The only downside is that there was no door in the bathroom, not even a curtain, and it was cold to shower, which also caused a lack of privacy which was an essential part and a flaw in the stay.

We loved all of the amenities: robe, slippers, toiletries. The layout of the room was definitely different and we had tons of room. I liked the front closet which had plenty of room for all of our bags, shoes, and clothes. The bed was very comfortable and we loved having two bathroom sinks!

The steps around the room (one at the front closet, one at the bathroom, one at the sitting area) aren't great for anyone with accessibility issues or if you forget they're there at night. The toilet room also has semi-transparent walls so it's impossible to go to the bathroom at night without possibly waking up your partner.
