-Very expensive parking *CAD$ 35: to park far way and take a shuttle to the hotel *CAD$ 70: to park inside the hotel *CAD$ 100: valet parking -Slow elevators -Crowded breakfast area -Poor breakfast buffet (lack of healthy options and good options suitable for vegans)

The rooms were beautiful and clean. The beds and pillows were amazing! The hotel was also beautiful inside. Buffet was good but nothing special, (the usual breakfast buffet). Overall the staff was amazing and the location of the hotel is great as well. The view we had was amazing with the upgrade we paid for, what was said to have a better view of the Falls.

Sadly, the original room we booked said it included a Fallsview but "apparently" the manager told me it was only a partial view of the Canadian Falls. For an extra $150, we upgraded to a better room with a full view of both Falls US & CAN. It was an amazing room, very big and had a beautiful view but it was extremely expensive for two nights but it was a nice experience. The parking off-site was also very overpriced and far from the hotel, but at least there was a shuttle that went to and from included in that price. Everything like, the upgrades, and parking all have taxes added onto it, not included in the price. Overall, if I had a lot of extra money, I would do it again. We had an amazing time, but it was very expensive for a two night stay in Niagara Falls.

The hotel is located in the best area for view and getting around the little town.

The valet parking people were pushy and deceptive. I was told I could self park for $70 or they could for $100 . When I balked they mentioned that 4 blocks away I can park for $35 but would have to drag my bags the whole way back... I found the lot directly across the street was $35. Shame on you for not being honest. The photo is from the parking lot.

Room size and view

Breakfast was very limit, there was no cheese for my kids. I had to wait for 15 minutes to get an omelet The staff Kept mentioning that I am not entitled to good rooms because I booked using booking.com. They asked me to pay more to get what I booked cus I should have called them to book not use booking.com

Great views of the falls from the property. Large room with comfortable beds. Walking distance to the falls and most things that Niagara has to offer.

Staff at front desk were rude when we were checking in. Parking is very overpriced - $100 + tax per day to park on the property or $35 + tax to park 15min walk away. Shop/restaurant connected to the hotel are overpriced.

Falls view was absolutely spectacular and that's what you are paying for. Nice sized room but the living room had no windows so we didn't use it. Great location right by the falls. Staff were very nice.

Breakfast was like bedlam and totally chaotic, not much choice and very. very busy. No car parking nearby and have to take a shuttle bus to the car park otherwise it's really expensive.

Very comfortable and spacious room The view of the city was nice, it had a nice big window next to the bed. Close to tourist attractions and had on-site dining.

Elevators took 15-20 mins to arrive at our floor each time we left our room.

Very close to the table top and incline ride. Swimming pool.on the 9th floor.

No breakfast and no room charge at the gift shop/convenient store on the lobby. A lot of walking toward the cruise. 20 -30min wait on the elevator. No parking spaces and attached parking is so expensive.

My family enjoyed their stay. They have a nice view of the falls on our suite. But i have to upgrade just to get this suite. the room is clean.

i did not like the booking system. i booked for 1 Two-Bedroom suite with two queen beds - Falls view for the price of CAD 442.45 And it states clearly on the price details that i got from my email. But when i got to the hotel the receptionist told me that it is not a falls view. They told me that i have to book for a premium suite to get the falls view. They ask me if i want a falls view i have to add CAD 50.00 per night. So i have to add CAD 100.00 for two night stay. I was surprise but i have no choice but to take it coz i promise my family that we're staying in a room with a falls view and NOT fallsview blvd. view. So that is the disappointment part.

The friendly staff and the rooms were great. Having a separate area from the bedroom is very helpful when you are there with kids

Breakfast wasn't served because of Covid, which is becoming a tired excuse these days. There's no reason it cannot be included again, restaurants are open with no capacity limits as are most places.
