Location The room was very nice and the bed was incredibly comfortable.

Room not ready at the time indicated 4pm. We were told it would be about another 1/2 hour. We left our phone number to be alerted when we could complete our checkin. No one called us. After an hour we checked and our room was ready. We heard excuses, but they knew we had a reservation

staff was excellent the, room was great. requested high floor room and they put us up on the 24th floor! pool area was nice. didn't try the restaurant but it looked decent the hotel is connected to the parkade, casino, and a large mall via sky-walk.

parking was a bit of a mess. the parkade is attached to the hotel via a sky-walk but for whatever reason the walkway was not accessible from the parkade side. so unless you have someone waiting inside the hotel to open the door you have to go down to street level and cross the busy street. in addition to this the elevator in parkade was non functioning so going down the stairs with your heavy bags are your only option. if your in a wheelchair avoid the parkade at least parking was free

Room was very spacious. Location was easy to find. Check in and check out were fast and easy. Front desk agents were quick to assist and answer questions.

Parking was a little confusing and the one door was locked and we had to wait in the parkade for the security to come let us in, when the front desk said that we only needed our key card to let us back in. The bed had broken springs.

Booked to stay at a conference. Loved everything, clean, good location, good value for money, great view of the Great White Prairie!

Not a thing! Got hungry late and walked over the the neighboring hotel to buy some Ramen. Could have a snack dispenser handy. But it is a higher class hotel so I understand why not.

Great location for attending the Roughrider game. We didn't eat at the restaurant so I have no comment to make on it. Parking and check-in were a little unusual since they are right on a busy street in downtown Regina.

Ok. Would have liked a better coffee shop- espresso available, baked goods at the coffee shop

Restaurant/bar closed. No “shop” to purchase snacks or necessities. No microwave. No mini bar to choose anything from in room

We liked the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel in general. The 1919 restaurant was great! The distance from the hotel to the Cornwall shopping centre is perfect!

The underground parking is great but could be more organized in regards to lines being repainted and better directional guidance.

Great location when attending a show at Casino Regina

Don't use the Spa services, pedicure was terrible for the money paid!

The food and service staff at the restaurant was fantastic. Everyone was friendly :)

Parking is expensive

We didn't have breakfast. I really like the location and the Convenience of the Cornwall mall being right there.
