Reception staff excellent and very helpful. Cleaning staff always very friendly

The restaurant food and staff. I had the ricotta ravioli which was hard as if it had just been defrosted to cook. The filling was solid and the sauce was white cream with olive oil. It was just like eating a plate of raw pasta with some liquid. There was no seasoning. As for the tiramasu desert, it was just a dish of what seemed like can whipped cream with two tiny pieces of sponge at the bottom. It had a cinnamon stick stuck in it and two coffee beans, which are totally inedible served in that way. Absolutely disgusting. The staff seemed abrupt

The room was gorgeous, overlooking the sea, our floor was one that was renovated so the room had a really modern look. We opted in to the breakfast and it was exceptional, there was a very wide selection. We really enjoyed the pool but the beach was a short walk away too which was great. And to go into the town centre it's not too long of a walk (20 minutes) or you can just order a taxi. Will definitely come back and stay here again, I really loved it!

I can't really think of anything to be honest!

The gym is limited but way better appointed than most hotels, and is sufficient for a 4 night stay. The pool area is large and is mandatory when humidity is high. The reception staff were amazing and the rooms were always really very clean. Room was massive.

The location is great if you want to be out of the hustle and bustle of the city centre, but it's around 25 minute walk to the main beaches/city centre, and busses are not regular or easily accessible. Recommended using taxis. Rooms decor can use a refresh.

really helpful staff nice balcony, bathroom was nice too toiletries of good quality gym and pool are great walking distance to beaches and 15 min walk to town centre, pretty convenient safe for solo female traveler only when you have a luggage it's not that easy to get public transport to get to/ leave from the hotel as local busses don't run very frequently. Had coffee and breakfast pastries from the restaurant next to the pool- nice!

Location for commuting into/ out of town

The proximity to the Port, there was a lovely row of cafes and restaurants there. The staff leading up to our stay were fantastic, very responsive and helpful with questions we had to help accommodate us with our newborn. The covered terrace was lovely, very spacious and nice to have as it rained for a day while we stayed.

It would have been handy to have a space to buy or refill drinking water. A kettle and cups would have been nice also.

Carpets need changing

Very nice four star hotel, walking distance to the beach, comfortable rooms, great beds, great shower, very elaborate breakfast with a lot of choices. The balcony on the room with a view of the ocean and the sundawn/sunset was lovely as well.

Nothing bad to say about this hotel really, other than it is very large so not cosy, and I could not get used to the perfume clouds welcoming you in the lobby, but that is a matter of taste (because one of my colleagues actually loved this ;-).

It is 15-20 min walk to the center of Sitges. There is no hairddryer in the room, while this is a 'standard feature' in such a high-end hotel. The elevators are a bit scary, bumpy and stuttering. I asked the reception where to buy cigarettes (yes, a bad habit I know), they send me to Sitges (as said, 20 min walk), while they also have a machine in the hotel.

The place is wonderful. Every room has a terrace and the view of almost every one includes the sea and marina, which makes you happy every morning. The room is really big and cozy, the bad - comfortable, and there is enough power sockets. The building of the hotel is big and beautiful, so you will be positively impressed. It looks and feels like international hotel, not like a a place where you can sleep :)

The hotel is situated a bit far from the historical and cultural center, so if you are very drunk - you might face a problem finding the way home :))

Excellent hotel, clean, good food and great staff. - I would recommend to book Premium room like we did (higher level- newer rooms and amazing bed) then we decided to extend our trip for one day and we got standard room. That is on lower level, older rooms, carpet on floor and the bed was so bad, but it was clean. Great swimming pool. I will come back for premium room ;)
