- nice, modern design, extra space (sofa, small table, chair) - excellent location - great buffet breakfast with lots of choices (incl. Japanese, Chinese dishes) - reliable wifi, enough wall sockets, good lighting - swimming pool

- our booking was for a room with two double beds, which turned out to be two single beds. We found the information on the booking.com website somewhat misleading - why not simply call it a twin room? - as we had a late-night flight back to Europe we wanted to keep our room until the evening - this cost us half a daily room rate just for the few extra hours

Amazing staff, absolutely loved the girls on the breakfast that always treated the kids with smile and attention, getting their orange juice once they stepped into the restaurant and they remembered about them during our stay. The front office staff was really nice too. I don’t remember her name but was a lady that even gave the kids a small gift upon check in. The pool area looks good and feels good too. The location is very convenient, the TV is a smart tv so we could watch netflix and youtube… the bathroom had both shower and bathtub, separated from each other which was convenient when having 3 people in the room.

The area around the hotel easily gets stuck with traffic jams but there isn’t anything that the hotel could do about it

We were in awe of how amazing this property was. It’s in a great location being a short walk maybe 3-5min from both transit line stations. The Lumpini Park is right across the street. There is tons of spots to eat at around the corner. There is a mall right across the street from the location. The staff is very professional and the rooms are very large. Views are incredible and the breakfast provided is even better. Pool and gym were perfectly sized and easily accessible. I would 100% stay at this hotel again if I come back to Bangkok.

The location is excellent. Close to a sky train station and a metro station (5 mins walk) so Bangkok is yours to explore! Plenty of places to eat locally too (street food and restaurants). The breakfast here is excellent, so much choice and a really chilled experience, not frantic and chaotic as some hotels can be. The staff are friendly and efficient. it’s my first choice hotel for Bangkok.

Nothing really - the hotel is being refurbished, I didn’t hear any noise.

Room size of the "Premium Room" Very kind staff in all departments even if some were lack of proffessionallity. Particularly nice the most basic employees. Good swimming pool and small but well equiped Gym

Despite I had reserved a 46 m2 room ("Premium") they intended to give me a 36 m2 room (Standard). It was necessary that I contact Booking.com and then they corrected their mistake. Exactly the same happened in in my stay in this hotel in April this year . A little bit lack of proffessionality. They try to charge me more than correct at the check out. It was necessary that I showed my printed papers. Again in my stay in April had same problem. I do not like to check bills to be sure that they do not overcharge you.

We loved everything about the Crowne Plaza and our stay. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was clean, very comfortable and spacious. Room service was very quick and always a friendly face at the door. The fitness facilities were great and better than most hotels out there. The sauna was the best sauna I have been to in terms of temperature and control. The swimming pool was luxurious and had recliner seating inside the pool itself. The bar was brilliant with an exciting choice if drinks. We absolutely loved the Red Machine and Hugo. All in all, an amazing stay.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

the taxi called by the hotel to send me to the airport wanted that I pay him B1000 which I thought it’s outrageous. he later lowered to B600 but left me in a public multi storey carpark where I had to walk via a link way to the airport itself! this certainly left a dent to my otherwise good trip.

The hotel staff are very helpful and fast in providing service. The hotel location is great. The cleanliness in the place and the facilities are very good. I think in one reason for the success of this hotel is the staff. Thanks...

The hotel needs a renovation of the rooms to make it feel like a 5 star.

Breakfast was excellent so much to choose from . Very clean, the best breakfast I had in Thailand by far , the hotel is classy, prob more nicer than the photos shown

The best bed of all times! I am very difícicult to sleep, and this was the best sleep of all times. Location. Normal 5 stars hotel. I will give a 9 because is not 100% all perfect the facilities of the hotel, there is some small points get better. But the reason of 10 is because I thanks Miss K. Yok. Thanks for the professional and person that you are.
