Wow the staff were so friendly and patient! There was complimentary drinks and snacks in the afternoon. The sea view from the room was really nice too! Went to the onsen as well and we loved it as it has an outdoor onsen and not crowded at all - I had the whole onsen to myself.

The outdoor onsen doesnt seems to be very covered from people downstairs as it seems to me it is possible for people to see what’s at the top of the hotel (which is where the outdoor onsen is) easily. The carpark charges. Will be good if its free parking.

We had the seaview room and enjoyed it overall as the hotel is really nicely located at the sun beach. The public onsen were impressive (male 13th and female 8th floor), especially at night. There is a small lounge area with snacks and drinks from 14-17 o'clock.

The check-out was unexpectedly a bit lengthy, not sure why as everything was pre-paid.

Location is the best. Close to the beach and shops. it has indoor and outdoor on the rooftop with a sea view. 10/10 There is a mini lounge available 3-5pm (some non alcohol beverages and snacks). They also have a mini shop to shop local products. Room is tidy and the view is good.

Nothing to complaint. overall a nice stay.

The staff were exceptional from checking in to the dinner and breakfast service. As a solo traveler I really felt they went out of the way to make me feel comfortable and ensured I enjoyed my stay. I had a lovely view overlooking the sea in a beautifully clean room. The onsen also had a nice sea view.

I liked everything this hotel offers. The service, the ocean view of the room and the hotel location are excellent. Sadly this hotel will be closed by end Sept and will be operated by other chain. Hopefully equally good.

The room was really nice and the seaview was great. The Onsen at the top floor was also unforgettable. The staff kindly helped me to deliver to the room some sweets in the morning of girlfriend's birthday.

The room was easily heated by sunshine. There was a bit of noise from the street. The price was still a bit high to be winter and after weekend.

Excellent choice of hotel for a relaxing time. Experience of check-in, staff, room and onsen were all very positive. We would happily stay at this hotel on a future visit to Atami.

Staff were wonderful. We were able to meet our Japanese friends in the lounge near reception area and all have a coffee here. Loved the outdoor hot bath area.

No gym and on-site self laundry, not that convenient.

the view was brilliant - overlooked the beach from bed. rooms it was a smoking room but didn’t smell too bad. didn’t book lunch or breakfast but there are loads of great restaurants close by.
