The rooms were really big and it was a nice addition to have a separate shower and toilet, so that even when traveling with friends you don't have to wait for one another. There room was not the biggest, but it had an alcove with a sofa that was perfect for storing luggage. The location is a little out of the way, but that made it very quiet. The laundry room had the best washing machines we had during our vacation.

The bedsheets were too warm for the weather outside, causing you to sweat unnecessarily.

Unique accommodations and a great value tucked away in Hiroshima. Location was very accessible to key sites including Atomic Bomb Dome, memorials, museums, etc.. We reserved two different styles of rooms for our group and both were nicely decorated, featured plenty of space, and were pleasant places to spend our downtime. There is also an adorable park nearby that had a farmer's market during our stay and we enjoyed local treasures including ice cream, muffins, honey, and an assortment of fresh vegetables.

The elevator is a bit small, but certainly usable. No complaints or issues at all really-- it was a really great place to stay and I'd gladly stay here again if I return to Hiroshima in the future.

Clean, spacious (family room) and overall great experience. We loved the clothes drying function of the bathroom, which overall was a highlight of the apartment. Loved that we could do our laundry there and the coffee machines on the ground floor, as well as water cheaper than in konbini.

Our TV had an alarm set to 7am on weekdays and we didn’t know how to turn it off. As there is no staff on site and we were busy with sightseeing we just accepted this. after previous comments were not aware that luggage storage was possible, apparently you can bring it in and put it in front of your room and call someone. We used lockers in the train station instead. Also upon check out I still don’t understand how luggage would be stored as the entrance pin to the hotel is printed at its door for every passer-by to see. Weird concept with no staff on site but otherwise fine if you travel light or don’t need luggage storage.

This is a small selfservice hotel located about 15 min walk from peace Memorial museum, opposite direction of the center of town. There is no service staff on site, so no receiving of Yamato service, booking of anything etc. The focus here is"value" and the 5 stars are clearly nonsense and false advertising. Rooms are fairly big and clean for the category and cost. Things generally work. The area is a bit boring compared to what else Hiroshima has to offer. The tone in communications could be more welcoming, " strictly prohibited" from entering rooms with shoes, " out by 10.00 am, or else we will charge you", luckily there's no one around to sneer at you but it does not help the feeling that guests are not all that welcome. All in all, it's a value proposition, so take it as that and you may not be disappointed

This is an amazing hotel. Newly built with beautifully designed rooms which were so spacious compared to other Japanese hotels. The self check in is quite straight-forward but do pre-register via the link the hotel send as it will make it much easier. Also, use the check-in manual provided as it is very helpful. We appreciated the the coffee machine in the lobby too. Our room (Deluxe Triple Room) had a great layout and the beds and pillows were very comfy. After misplacing our phone in the back of a taxi, the manager helped us retrieve it from a local police station when it was handed in. We are so grateful for his help and kindness. Overall, a truly wonderful hotel to stay in when visiting Hiroshima.

The staff were the standout here. Incredibly helpful. Room also a good size - much bigger than most Japanese hotels. Very convenient that they have free laundry service available too. Not far from the A-Dome & Peace Park.

The lights from the multiple appliances meant the room never got fully dark. Also the luggage delivery service isn't automatically available but the staff did help me arrange it which I really appreciate.

This is the best place we have stayed in our visit in Japan. The staff is very friendly. The facility is very modern and sophisticated. Room is spotless with soft comfortable bed, clean, nice tatami and clean beddings. The location is great. It is nice and quiet and very close to the peace park where the Dome is. There is a washing machine with dryer at the ground floor. It is easy and free to use with washing liquid and softener already programmed. We are very happy with our stay. If in the future we are back in Hiroshima again, we will definitely stay in this place again.

There is nothing we don't like about this place.

Very conveniently located. Little conveniences were provided like a place to leave luggage before/after check in and check out, gowns etc. Chromecast to cast English content.Great value for money. Staff very friendly. My two daughters, wife and I managed fine in the room space.

Not much to not like. Perhaps provide a drying line/ pole in the shower area for when the dryer function is being used.

This place was awesome. Very spacious and clean and great value for money. The staff, particularly one young girl at reception, were super helpful despite limited English they made every effort to help me with whatever I needed. The location was also great, very close to rhe memorial park.

Quite a work to the main city centre, if that's what you're after.
