It’s located relatively close to main attractions, bus and tram stations. Unlike other reviews, the staff were very nice and helped me with things I needed. They kindly dealt with my limited Japanese and looked things on web for me! The room comes with a microwave which is nice.
Bathroom curtain was a little nasty! Hope they change it! Keep in mind it’s good located but also surrounded by love hotels!

far from the main train JR station and not very close to the usual tourist places but if you dont have problem walking long distances it is really good for the price

The hotel is located right next to the river and is within walking distance of Hiroshima Peace park and the A-bomb dome Enjoy walking along the riverside during autumn!
Check-in is by a self-automated kiosk , and from what I remember there was only 1 kiosk Perhaps a 2nd kiosk located a few metres away would be better for peak-periods when there are a few groups checking in

The room was clean.
Front office female worker didn't even greet me when I came in. I understand that the hotel is pushing for a more electronic type of checking in but good customer service is still and always be number one. Even a small gesture of saying "hello" makes a huge difference.

The staff really tries their best at accommodating our needs. They make every effort to communicate well given the language barrier. They are polite and very courteous. The hotel is in a very quiet part of the city.
I wish the rooms could be more spacious. Not room enough for 3. It would have been better if the windows have drawable awnings as the riverside rooms would benefit from the view even in summer.
