Room size was satisfactory.

There is only one power line near the bed. And if you want to use the kettle you have to put it on the floor because this is how you can connect power. We chose the hotel as Airport Hotel but still we had to take a taxi to the airport because the hotel does not have a shuttle. And since they called the taxi for 7:10 instead of 7:30 I had to pay a lot (because of waiting fee) for such a short distance. And it is not near the public transport as well. You have to walk quite a distance for train.

Can walk easily from hotel. Check in was by a machine, their was no check in staff, but I didn't have any issues checking in, even in English. The room was Large compared to most places I stayed in Japan, the free amenities in the room were nice touches! The room was also extremely clean!

Lobby had a cigarette smell, but that was the only complaint I really had.

This is the second time I've stayed at Reftel Hotel. It's a smaller size hotel where the accommodations are nice, especially the large bath area, reminiscent of "old fashion" Japanese bathing facilities where a washing and shower area outside of the deep large bathtub. The staff is very friendly and professional. Definitely order the breakfasts, whether European or Japanese style. I will definitely stay there again on my next visit to Osaka.

I wish there was a send-out laundry service option for convenience.

The hotel was very convenient for visiting family in the local area. As we were there for a week we were really pleased with the large size of the room and the comfortable bed.

The hotel is next to quite a busy road which could sometimes be a bit noisy. When we booked there were only smoking rooms available, but the smell went away after a couple of days.

This hotel was one of the cheapest hotels I have ever stayed in in Japan. The location is easy to reach walking from the airport-around 12 min. The staff were very friendly. There was a nice big bath to relax in. The windows have a blinds that you can shut so the rooms are completely dark. Beds were comfortable. I thought it was a great value for the money.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The breakfasts were very cheap in price, but of fantastic equality. Overall, a lovely stay and very close to the airport.

Only thing I wish we had access to was an in-room microwave. However, we did have access to a microwave down in the lobby. So it wasn't too bad.

It is quite close to ITM airport which I need to catch my plan next morning. It's a 8 mins walk however if you have heavy luggage you better take a taxi. Room is much bigger then I expected and the bathroom is huge and I had a good bath!

Hotel needs renovation as some of the furniture are a bit worn out but I have to say it's all clean!

Small hotel with large twin room, huge bath, and all the usual amenities you'd expect from a Japanese hotel. Conveniently located about a 5 minute walk from Itami Airport's check-in counters. 7-11 is adjacent, with several restaurants and a supermarket just a few blocks further up the street. Good value/excellent option for an early morning flight out of Itami!

Although the hotel itself is a bit dated, everything was clean, comfortable and convenient.

Clean and quiet. Nice amenities. Everything is quite new and modern.

Not many shops around. You can walk but slightly far from the station (Hotarubaike).

Gives bang for your buck. The room was a bit worn down, but everything was clean and organized. Great location next to the airport.
