The area was very convenient and accessible to the train station.

This guy in the reception area could have been more friendly; at first, he was nice, but in our last few days, he seemed pissed already, annoyed with our presence, and more annoyed that he has to use a translator to speak to us. I was apologetic that my mom left her key card in the room and asked for another one, but the one he gave wasn't working, I went back and asked to replace it with a new one. He was so annoyed he has to change it several times. From that day on, he looks pretty dismissive when I need something and there was one time that he helped the family behind me and asked me to step aside since he need to use a translator with me again. All the lady staff at the reception were really nice.

This is my first time in Osaka Japan, I'm so impressed with the cleanliness of the Hotel and facilities. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The food was great, the kitchen staff were very polite. The best part was the rest room, it's a big 10 stars, very clean, warm and automatic seat, bidet. What more can you ask for. The location was the best It's near Higashimikuni station, so It's accessible to all connecting train stations. We will definitely come back to this Hotel. I highly recommend this to couples. If the hotel is not available just choose a different Hotel with the same name TOYOKO INN....

Only the pillow is kinda hard.

Good location within walking distance to Shin-Osaka station and one block away from the local subway station. Good breakfast selection that changed a bit daily. Very friendly and helpful staff. Coin laundry was available on site.

Beds were a little less than soft. Reminiscent of sleeping on a straw pallet. The bath faucet was interesting. It is linked into the sink faucet with a valve that switches between the two. And another valve that switches between the hand held shower head and the rain head.

Close to Higashimikuni Station (1 stop from Shin-Osaka Station) just 2 minutes by walking. Breakfast is tasty and free, Japanese taste. Room space is OK compared to price.

Available seat in breakfast corner is limited but hotel also provide box for guest to take-out. Because the room size is limited to 2 persons, so I have to separate my family (3 adults and 1 child) to 2 rooms.

The breakfast buffet was awesome! The menu was different on both the days we were there and both were amazing. The bathroom had a roof shower which was an awesome touch. The location is convenient.

The shower and the bathroom sink share the same tap. So you can either use the shower or the sink at any given time. Just an annoying thing especially when your partner is also trying to use the bathroom at the same time.

Good budget hotel. It’s close to Shin Osaka station, but walk from the station can be bit tricky if you have large luggages. Free breakfast is simple and good. Nice clean little hotel. Convenience store near the entrance of the hotel.

If you have to walk from Shin Osaka station with big luggages can bit tricky due to stairs. And no lift access.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean and spacious, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The location was also convenient for exploring the city. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The room was nice and clean, new towels were provided everyday. Free breakfast was a big bonus. Location was great, only a few minutes walk from Shin-Osaka. Lots of restaurants, convenient stores around and even a supermarket. Overall great stay and value for money.

The room was a bit small though

Location was good, near to Shin Osaka where we could easily take the bullet train. Breakfast was also included at a good price, with a decent spread. Added bonus would be the 7-11 right under the building.

Bed was too hard for me, and the air conditioning was a bit noisy at night. Room was also a little small; I could not open my luggage fully except at the entrance.

The location is very close to Higashi-Mikuni (M12) station and Shin-Osaka station. The breakfast is good, the staff is very kind. As we stayed in this hotel during Mawar typhoon, our flight was delayed for 13 hours and thanks to the hotel staff for their kind assistance for resolving flight ticket issues with Customer Service at midnight.
