Facilities are good and new, including washing machine, refrigerator, microwave oven, electric furnace, just like an apartment.

Difficult to find hotel location in Shin-Osaka JR station. Need to show more guidance on the hotel website. First go to exit 8 near the North Gate of Shin-Osaka JR station, then you will find exit no. 4 (also the entrance of the metro station). During day time, you can go up the escalator and pass through the flyover to a commercial building with Starbucks coffee shop at the ground floor. Then go out from the building and turn left, walk straight for about 7-8 minutes, you can reach the hotel.

-The hotel was very modern & new looking. We booked a corner suite which was very spacious for 2 adults & 2 teenagers as most hotels would require us to book 2 rooms & be separated. -The separate toilet from the shower & sink room. -The best amenity for us was the in room washer & dryer, it was super so convenient & allowed us to do laundry at our convenience! - There is also a convenient store right across the street from the hotel & the train station was just a few blocks away, although at night the blocks may feel longer as you are exhausted from sightseeing all day.

There were 2 twin beds, a rolling bed/cot like bed and the sofa was converted into the 4th bed which only had a thin mattress on top of a board that my son did not mind but for others it may not be comfortable to sleep on for multiple nights.

- Free shuttle between Shin-Osaka station and hotel - Staff was friendly and spoke English - Room was comfortable, clean, spacious - Room had kettle, tea and coffee nearby - Hotel had washing machine, dryer and microwave

- Location was a bit far to walk from the Shin-Osaka train station (~10-15mins), especially with large luggage - Not many restaurants or other sites nearby

Very close to shin-osaka station (10 minutes to walk). Lawson and gourmet city supermarket were very close. The breakfast buffet costs 15 Euro - it's really big and awesome. Very friendly staff with good english skills. Laundry room with washing machine (detergent included) and dryer. The room had drinking glasses, mugs and small spoons! The fridge was quiet big and had a small freezing box. Very nice free to use Dove Soap, Shower gel, Shampoo and Conditioner!

Can't open the windows. Room was a bit small.

The room was roomy and clean. The room has all you need in including a washing machine. The Shin Osaka Station is about a 15-20 mins walk from the hotel. The taxi will cost you 1000 yen.

Breakfast is not great, not a lot of selection. Lawson Market across the street where you can buy food.

Stayed in Holiday Inn for a week. An excellent hotel. Very clean. It has all the amenities that I was not expecting. Small kitchenette, large fridge and in room washer/dryer. Toiletries provided and you can schedule housekeeping (i.e. daily, every other day etc). Toilet and shower is separate and they are BIGGER than the usual hotels in Japan (still way smaller than the standard US hotels). Has daily buffet breakfast (Y2000/person); gym also available. Staff was VERY helpful and VERY pleasant. Concierge have staff that are able to speak in English. I would stay at this hotel again.

It's not what I did not life but would like to let everyone know that it is near the Shin-Osaka JR station but it is still a 10-12 minute walk.... over 1000 steps (per my fitbit)

Property was located away from the hustle and bustle which helps to wind down at the end of a busy day. There are food options around the property - walk further down away from Shin-Osaka and you get Sukiya, CocoCurry and a huge Supermarket! The shuttle helped to save walks - just remember to line up in the right spot. The washing machine was handy too. The reception helped to organize transfer two of our luggages to Tokyo while we headed to Hiroshima for two nights (praying my luggages arrive where it should!).

Nothing! We will be back again!

Everything, near Shin Osaka station with shuttle to station at least once every 30 minutes, near max value Aeon mall, also has kitchenette, we could cook 3 meals if we wanted, spacious, ) Super clean, helpful staff, decent breakfast, close to amenities, kitchen, washin machine all in spacious room, you name it you have it🙏

Only cons: 1)bed bit small, we were 2A+ 2kids, so effectively we had 2 single beds+ 1 sofa bed, ( overall 1 bed short), also a little soft and clumsy but overall good 2)If the shuttle van is filled, be prepared to take taxi to nearest JR but is only 800 yen, my take it is a minor price to pay, as no public bus alternative

Loved the shuttle service (which was new), the drivers were so helpful and nice. Hotel staff were so helpful and friendly, they went above and beyond to contact us when needed and were always welcoming. Great that it had a laundry room with ironing facilities.

The location is a bit far from the station if you have to walk with bags, sometimes the shuttle gets delayed so the wait can be a bit long. The rooms were a bit smaller than expected. Also, could do with some more hanging space in the rooms, plenty of walls but no hooks to hang towels or clothes.

Modern business hotel close to the Shinkansen train station in Osaka. Liked the bed a lot and also the design of the bathroom with shower/bathtube combination and separate restroom. As it was an apartment I did have a washing machine and a little kitchen plus the room was quite big. There is a shuttle bus available to the train station. Walking time is about 10 -15 minutes. Reception did speak very good English. Location is combination of apartment buildings and offices hence restaurants around as well as shops like Lawson.
