Really convenient! Next to the airport, features a free shuttle to itami airport and hotarugaike station, so don't miss out on that. Room was clean, had everything I needed. Mattress was on the harder side, but that's my preference anyways. So if you're looking for soft fluffy mattresses, this probably isn't for you. But other than that, I was very pleasantly surprised. Included breakfast was Japanese-style, freshly made (I liked it very much!). Check-in was fast with the English machine and staff support. Nothing to complain!

WiFi was a bit odd. Didn't allow podcast downloads somehow, but maybe that was just my app acting up.

It was close to the domestic airport (ITAMI). Amenities and facilities were good, it felt safe. The airport transfer service was very helpful for early morning flights. The wifi was great. The staff is helpful and professional. There are no curfew hours at the hotel but if you are using public transport like subway or trains then be mindful of the last train. The nearest public transport is at the Hotarugaike station, which is a 15 minute walk which includes crossing an overbridge with stairs, so be prepared to walk with the luggage if you are using subway/trains. This branch of the hotel is great if you’re specifically looking for staying closer to the airport. Clean and hygienic.

Very limited beverage option at the vending machine, no food vending machine. No dustbin in the washroom.

the design is clean lines in everything the space is quiet and inviting. the check in area is next to a declining set of stairs lined with bookshelves filled with books from beginning konji to English titles. You can read and purchase. Short movies are viewed from the steps if this magnificent room. visitors have access to the kitchen downstairs as well. The room is clean and modern. the beds are comfortable. i would recommend this as place without reservation. and it’s a few blocks from the train station. The location is great. They even supply guests with complimentary traditional Japanese robes and toiletries

The airport service was a blessing as I had walked from the airport with my luggage the previous night from the monorail. The closeness to the airport!

I tried to use the stairs but did not end up in the lobby, somewhere outside. Those tiny milk packages next to the coffee machine are a lot of waste. Why not put out a small jug of milk where everyone can add milk to the coffee? A bottle of water in the room next to the kettle would have been great!

Breakfast was great. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Location to airport and free airport shuttle were great as well. Staff was helpful for finding locations for dinner.

The area is a bit remote for walking around to find dinner. However, the staff recommended that we take the free shuttle over to Itami Airport to enjoy the many restaurant options there. That was a good solution.

Quite a walk from the monorail in 100 degree heat. They were remodeling the outside of the building and it was completely covered in dark gray tarp so we could not easily locate it based on the pictures. They were VERY firm about the 4pm check in. Lots of people were waiting in a small, crowded lobby to check in. The bed was extremely uncomfortable—hard as a rock. Felt like I was sleeping on the floor.

Instructions on how to find shuttle bus easy. Friendly and helpful staff. The heating in room was on when I arrived. Take the shuttle back to the airport for dinner. Linen on bed was similar to 4-5 star in Australia.

Maybe mention shuttle bus Blue as I got on the wrong one! Alot of guests leaving before cooked breakfast started, maybe offer other things with bread, ceral or fruit etc

Booked this because of a connecting flight in ITM airport, and this turned out to be such a lovely place. Loved how they decorated the mini yard space on the first floor, and there were plenty of manga in the canteen! Curry chicken was so good too. This was such a pleasant surprise.

Convenient location, if you are rushing for early flight, 10 min walk from airport. Simple hotel with reasonable breakfast provided. Shuttle bus frequency interval at 15min ( if remember correctly) to airport.

Pillow too soft

Great Staff, really helpful to US citizens with not much understanding of Japanese! Walk to Itami Airport easy, but had excellent shuttle service! A must stay if you're traveling through Itami Airport 👍

We only stayed 2 nights, next time we'll stay longer.
