Excellent location! Iwakuni Station is just a few minutes away on foot where you can catch buses to all the major tourist attractions. There are also a bunch of restaurants, conbinis etc. within walking distance from the hotel.

There was just a single pillow on the double bed. Also, the rooms are not soundproof, despite what it says in the property info. It's not a big deal, but something to keep in mind if you plan on doing any work and/or are a light sleeper.

The property was clean, check-in very easy. We appreciated having extra pillows available and AC worked well. Parking was nearby and very reasonably priced. Downtown location provided lots of restaurants, kombini and easy access to the local train station.

This is a true Japanese hotel with beds, although very comfortable, on the floor. I’m not sure if western options are available but I would’ve booked that if I had read room types more closely. This is a very minor complaint considering this IS a hotel in Japan.

For Japanese standards, this hotel is cheaper, cleaner, and has larger rooms. The breakfast is super nice, and there is a lot of choice for continental/Japanese breakfast. The hotel is in the city center and there is a very nice izakaya right next to it. The staff is very responsive/helpful when contacted via booking.

It was a bit hard to communicate with the staff, but not a big issue.

This is a standard Japanese business hotel of the likes of Route Inns… Conveniently located close to Iwakuni station it provides clean basic accommodation. Standard room size and compact bath. Staff was very friendly with good English standard and help me sending my luggage ahead of my next travel.

Not that much given the price paid as good value for money, but overall I would not want to stay there for more than 2-3 nights.

We liked the location of the hotel. Theres a lawson and 7/11 within walking distance. There is also great restuarants and bars near the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. They helped us find the correct parking lot.

Our bed and pillows were uncomfortable. We didnt like the design of the room. Theres a huge window in the room that gives you views of the bathroom. The curtain in on the outside of the bathroom. There is no real privacy.

Although Japanese style, was still outstanding and a buffet, so more than enough!

Heater kept turning off and HVAC remote is confusing, even with translated instructions.

The breakfast was good. More than what I expected. Enjoyed the meal prepared each morning and especially the coffee machine. Which that was functioning in the evenings as well.

Nothing not to like.

Convenience as it is close to town and the station. The breakfast was also very nice. They also kept our luggage for us 4 hours before check in.

Public bath water was very very hot.

Friendly lady at the reception was persistent to carry our 50 kilo bags. She almost got crushed, pretty sure she has permanent back damage now. She has my eternal respect and gratitude.

It was very good location for my stay and staffs was very helpful every need’s. I will definitely stay again.

It was different systems then what I used to back home so it was little confusing but it was ok.
