The breakfast was good. I only had it once, but there were various foods to choose from, very filling food. The rice was very delicious. They had coffee, of course. Wifi was very good, the Shower and bath were exceptional, and the bed was a nice firmness. The staff also helped me get back in my room a few times after locking my key card in it. There is an ice machine and vending machine in the lobby and coin washers and dryers, thay worked very well. There is a convenience store across the street, less than a minute's walk.

I wish a non-smoke room was available. I don't smoke but booked a smoking room because I need a room on short notice. The room was easy to air out by opening the window, and a scented fabric spray could be used. The room is small, but that wasn't an issue for me

We were there for a week and traditionally came to breakfast between 8:00-8:30. Several days the breakfast items were sparse and needed to be replenished. Breakfast is served until 9:00. When available the breakfast was very good.

I liked the fact that they are eco-conscious (wooden spoons and forks in paper wrappings for breakfast, eco-friendly toilet paper). The room is very well equipped for the price. Breakfast is included and is quite good (except the bread).

The bathroom is very small. The check-in process took 10 minutes even with the staff 's help because the reservation programme couldn't find my phone number, which was apparently required to find my reservation.

The property is clean, and they provide a great breakfast. Overall, we would stay here again.

Our biggest complaint was how hard the beds were. However, this is common for Japan. We’ve learned to accept the fact that Japanese people prefer harder beads and that means Japanese hotels will have hard beds.

The breakfasts were incredible with lots of vegetables and rice, eggs, natto, miso soup, as well as sweet rolls. We ate there two mornings and some of the dishes were the same some were new. We were able to take our breakfasts back up to our room to eat in privacy. The beds are firm and the room temperature is good. They have good washers and dyers on the first floor which are pretty fast.

The rooms are business men rooms, meaning fine for 1 person with a briefcase. There is a small table with chairs and there is a work desk with a chair. There is no closet and barely space for two people with suitcases. There is a clothes rack with hangers.

You have to tell the front desk if you don’t want to have your room clean or not cause if you don’t tell them you can’t be in your room from 10-15 for cleaning. Would be easier if they have a door sign. I go out and party late so I would like to just sleep in.

Everybody at this hotel were top notch! It was an excellent place to stay to visit my old base and close to the train station. Free breakfast is outstanding!!

The rooms were small but cozy. Beds were very hard. It was difficult to sleep restfully during our stay. Also room cleaning took quite a while.

I forgot my iPad. They informed me and sent it to my next hotel. Thank you for that. Rooms are small but clean.

Check-in was a bit complicated if you book more rooms. The breakfast was very standard. Considering the price we had a great stay.
