Clean, neat and helpful staffs. Hotel in a great location just beside Omi-cho market, and walkable distance to other places of interest like Higashi Chaya District or the castle etc if u like to walk… Kanazawa Loop Bus stopped just by the hotel Omi-cho market and beside it is the hotel. Taking bus to Kanazawa Station can easily be the Kanazawa Loop Bus or any local buses that have 金沢駅 written on the bus front… From Kanazawa Station, it is an easy 15mins walk away… Right opposite the hotel, there is a small mall for shopping. And few convenience shops nearby…

Perfectly set up, easy, comfortable room, lovely public baths, good amenities such as vending machines and tea/coffee/water in the room. Had a lovely one night stay and wish it was longer! 15 mins walk from Kanazawa station

Excellent location, nice rooms, spacious rooms, clean

They claim washers and dryers were available. We were able to find one available only once in our 10 day stay. Disappointing as we believe they were also being used by staff. Don’t advertise it if they are not available. Staff were efficient but not overly friendly. We had arranged a taxi 4 days in advance for our final day. We reminded the front desk the day prior. We were told it was arranged. The morning of our departure No taxi and no apology. They were indifferent.

The design is just captivating! The place is right in the heart of all the tourist attractions. the room is really clean and neat!

I’m not sure if they understood me or not they didn’t let eat breakfast there. I didn’t reserved for food and I wasn’t sure either so when I asked if I can eat breakfast they said no I was really sad considering that is the only place open at 7 am for breakfast.

By far the best hotel I have booked so far in this price category. The value for money is unbeatable. Spacious room, very clean and particularly modern and well appointed. You have everything you need where you need it. Very functional. Free bicycles for guests (If they are available). Hotel very well located. A stone's throw from Omicho Market and close to Kanazawa Castle and Kenrokuen Garden. I did not order breakfast. The Onsen is indeed small but if you choose well your time you will enjoy it. Around 3.00 or 4.00 pm there was no one there.The bike in the gym works well but the saddle is very very hard.

The street is a bit noisy, so book a room at the back if possible or higher in the building. Light enter the room very early in the morning, so better to use a mask to sleep. The a/c remote control is complicated. All in Japanese. The front desk people kindly showed me how to use it. I'll drop a few photos

Great location, being just down the street from the market and easy walking distance to the castle, temples and the Edo era district. Complementary umbrellas to borrow were very appreciated as we were caught in Kanazawa during heavy snow and rain. Lovely male/female onsens. Rooms were comfortable, bathrooms had nice baths. All felt new and clean.

Laundry facilities failed to wash out the smell of sulfur from our clothes (from Kusatsu onsen stay previously), or dry them properly, so that was a little disappointing, especially for the laundry price.

The public bath and room size (superb twin with 3 beds and double bathroom and great soaker bath) and the public bath was excellent. Good location, great free bikes for guests to use.

Despite this place being great, the one thing I’d say is the integrated washer and dryers don’t work. after 6 hours our clothes were still wet. someone removed them and took them to the front desk still damp, so we had to wash and dry them elsewhere to make sure they didn’t stink. That might be why the facility is free I am not sure, but it is worth just heading to a coin laundry instead. Other than that this place was awesome. The public bath and rooms more than makes up for that small thing.

Quiet and classy hotel, with new design and close to the castle and Omicho market. From there, we were able to go to the most famous district by walk in 20 min. I liked as well the control of the AC with the tablet in English.

I’m not putting 9 because the queue to the reception is bad and mixed with people trying to collect their luggage. I think they would be more efficient if they had someone dedicated to the luggage during rush hour. We waited like 30 min to get our luggage and the queue is preventing people to access to the lift. The breakfast is average continental breakfast, not a lot of choice so if it is included within your night, it is fine but I would recommend to not take it if not included. I’m sure there are more choices outside

The design of the hotel is very modern and I loved it. The breakfast was amazing!!!! And the rooms were big with full size beds. And the bathroom had 2 sinks and so spacious! I’m very satisfied with our stay here and highly recommend it. The location was pretty good too. Within a few feet of Omichi market. We walked almost everywhere. Great staff!!! Public bath and Yukata!! Had everything I needed!

Not much! But maybe would be nice if there were wall hooks for towels and drawers for clothes. But not a big deal.

Loved everything, from the public toilet facilities at the lobby, the receptionists, the indoor onsen & small rotenburo outside. There was even vending machines. Everything was clean even in the hotel premises and there’s also washing machine. If there were finished machines, we could inform lobby so we did not have to wait idly. There was Netflix on the TV and everything (almost) had smart function. Motion sensor light to the toilet, and even air purifier for each room. Just amazing.

No free parking, but parking was around 1300 yen overnight.
