Perfect location, very professional, kind staff. World-class employees!! Perfect ambassadors for Nagasaki, and I have travelled all over the world. They are simply outstanding. They gave me an incredible room on the top floor. I absolutely loved it! Had everything you needed and more. Extremely clean and comfortable. Nicest accommodation I had during this trip to Japan. Thank you all!!

If I had to complain about something, I would just say that the toilet paper could have been better quality, and I wish the curtains in the room were blackout. But the room was so nice otherwise, it didn’t matter. This hotel is basically perfect!

The size of the room. Compared with typical Japanese hotel rooms, what we had was huge. The view is also wonderful.

The reception desk was hard to find, even when following the direction given by the hotel. Fortunately, when we asked someone passing by, the gentleman went out of his way to help us find the place. He called the number twice, and eventually lead us to the right address. We were very very grateful.

Nice room, with good facilities and a comfortable bed. Washing machine was a bonus. Great location close to the bus and train station. Handy for tram stops.

Check in was in a different building. A printed sheet in English might be useful for International guests to explain the location of the apartment. We had to go back and check after trying Google translate of the sheet.

Great accommodation in a brilliant location. Everything was clean and tidy, and plenty of space in the apartment. Not too far from the train station. Would highly recommend if staying in Nagasaki!

Everything was perfect. However the apartment didn’t have any plates.

I love the apartment. It's spacious and has everything we need including washing machine and pantry. The bed is big and comfortable.

The reception. It is located separately from the hotel or apartment itself.

Close to station and restaurants. Great size room with everything we needed. Fantastic receptionist who signed us. She went the extra by showing us to our room and advising on locations we queried.

It was clean, had a washing machine, iron,ironing board and cooking facilities. The bed was comfortable. I liked staying there. It was very spacious with separate toilet.There was a good size desk.

You have to check in in a nearby hotel 1. We were staying in hotel 3.

Near from station

There’s a stair to access the property from the check in center and it isn’t informed on the details check in procedure. If you bring a big luggage it’s very difficult to bring up.

the room space is quite big in the city, the sever is very kind always wear a smile in face. really nice check in experience

Really big room for Japan - nice view - comfy beds - washing machine was a huge bonus - as were the single serve detergents from reception. I wish all our hotels in Japan were like this.
