This hotel was conveniently located next to the train station, just a short walk outside and accessed via an escalator. In addition, it was surrounded by convenient food stores of all types from which to buy breakfast, if you would prefer to venture out, rather than eat at the hotel. Great little izakaya and yakitori restaurants were also a short walk away. Not only were eating establishments easily accessible, but also the numerous sights of Nagasaki. Having laundry facilities and a microwave were added home comforts that were appreciated.

The hotel, its rooms and corridors, were in good, but not excellent condition, and a little dated.

The room was wonderfully comfortable and for me as a solo traveler it met my needs, it was very handy to transport facilities and local attractions. The menu was a set arrangement with one of the local restaurants in the complex. You had a choice of local cuisine or western, both were particularly good.

For me personally I like to acknowledge the staff on duty as I'm leaving the hotel, this wasn't possible as you were walking to one side of the reception desk when you exited the hotel, so you had to make a sort of wave acknowledgment with your back to the front line people .

Extremely convenient location, connected to JR station and Amu Plaza. Walking distance to many restaurants. Good value for money

We had difficulty locating the hotel lobby to drop off our luggage. Had to drive around Nagasaki central twice to search for hotel lobby. Turns out that the hotel lobby is on the second floor and you had to park at the adjacent shopping mall and bring bags over. Hotel room had a hard beanie pillow which was uncomfortable, had a backache after sleeping on it.

Very close to the Shinkansen station and a convenient location right next to / link to a shopping mall. Spacious room and good view. Daily house keeping was good too and thank you for staff who provided it. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Almost everything was perfect except we would like more choices of breakfast since they only provided either Japanese style or western style, but we still enjoyed it 😃

Hotel is very close to Nagasaki Station, therefore, easily accessible. Room is just enough for two people, I would say. AMU Plaza shopping mall is nearby.

Hotel breakfast - there are limited options for vegetarians. Therefore we did not take this option. I hope they would consider this to have more items for vegetarians so that JPY1500 is worth.

This hotel was very conveniently located nearby the Hakata Station and Subway. The breakfast buffet was very convenient and offered broad range of choices. We appreciated the complementary bottles of spring mineral water.

The clear floor space in the room was rather cramped to adequately accommodate our two open suitcases. The room air conditioner was difficult to control and properly condition the room air.

It s near the malls and transportation like tram station, regional bus center and, of course, trains. superb clean as japanese standard. Near convenient stores. Quite quiet eventhough i heared some noise from next rooms.

U might find entrance to hotel a bit difficult, it s in 2nd floor of the mall entrance, eventhough there r signs to tell u.

Excellent location nearby station and shopping area, walking distance to trams and some tourist attractions. Has jusr the right amenities and size for 2 of us sleep comfortably.

Not their fault but there was some construction happening outside, so it was a bit difficult to find the entrance at first. But other than that, the direct connection was great!

extremely convenient location just by the train station and connected to the mall which had a great grocery store, restaurants and all else one may need. we were close to all we wanted to see. room was spacious and super quiet. we had a nice view of the city.

The reception has a good service mind. The housekeeper is kind. The room is clean and quiet. The mountain view is nice. convenient for transportation.

Having breakfast at 6.30 AM is very difficult because the lifts are not stopped at fifth floor. The grilled fish in Japanese breakfast is really dried.
