Location is close to the Nagasaki JR station and right in front of the Ohato streetcar station. Very convenient for getting around town. I requested to have two rooms near each other which the hotel was able to accommodate. The rooms were clean and cozy with nice deep tubs. In the lobby are free amenities such as scented bath salts and other toiletry items. We opted to get breakfast during our stay and the selections rotated each day between two menus (if I recall correctly). Good breakfast. Check in and out was easy. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Nagasaki.

While I understand that the hotel is trying to reduce the amount of food waste they produce, I do not believe the answer is all the single use plastics that each breakfast item is packed in. I think it would be better to put up signs advising guests to only take what they will eat and have those same small portions arranged in a chafing dish, steamer basket, serving container, etc. instead.

The hotel is located in an excellent position within the city centre. It is next to a tram stop on the No.1 route so getting around was excellent. Chinatown was only a short walk away as well.

I did not like the semi automated check in and check out process... there were very friendly staff in attendance but they directed one to the self serve terminals each time! Felt like I was back in Australia serving myself at a supermarket! The room was quite small. With one side of the bed permanently up against the wall and with no ample room for two suitcases our stay felt quite claustrophobic. On top of that the air-conditioner did not pump out cold air... (only heated and vent options available!) Thus, it became quite stuffy and humid in the room. We opened the window to let in some cool air but the traffic became quite noisy.

The location is very convenient: It's only a ten-minutes walk from the main station, and the streetcar stops right in front of the entrance doors. One-day passes for the streetcar can be bought at the reception, too. The room we had was comfortable, and amenities were available on the first floor. Above all, the staff were really very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again!

The breakfast itself was really good, but all the dishes were pre-packed in separate containers (partly plastic, partly paper). Even if much or most of it is recyclable, the amount of trash you have per person every day is tremendous!

Very good breakfast and quite comfortable location. Right near the tram stop, which goes from the main train station. Liked the check in process and the hospitality of the hosts, who prepared our rooms in advance upon a request and let us check in earlier. Also liked the panel of light and air-conditioning control. The size of the rooms and how many things they managed to put in reminded me of yacht cabins. Definitely a good value for money.

Rooms are really small. Was ok for me alone, but not for a couple of my friends.

The location was superb, within walking distance to shopping area and Chinatown. The room is quite big and bed is comfortable. Very clean room and courteous staffs but with limited English. Breakfast was simple but sufficient. The tram and bus station is just in front of the hotel. Anyway, we didn't try the bus as the shopping areas and restaurants are many nearby. Very convenient,

No parking, have to park at the public parking area opposite the hotel. A bit run down especially the toilet. But it's clean and well maintained.

It's in a very good location, across the road from the tram and 20 minutes walk to Oura Church if that's your thing. Better than taking the tram in my opinion. The breakfast was awesome, so many choices and it's not a continental breakfast. It was also good that they had a laundry service and coin laundry and check-out. The staff speak English so check in is easier, but even the check in tablet has an English option.

I didn't like the big plastic use for breakfast but I suppose that's just a norm in Japan, especially post covid.

Nice, clean room. The bed is a proper double, so plenty of room for two people. Great location, an easy walk to China town and right on the tram line for getting to other sites. Parking can be arranged through the hotel but depending on vehicle size might be a block or two away. ¥1000 per night. Staff were very helpful and spoke some English.

Parking was only for overnight, if you are staying multiple days you will need to move your car or pay additional - not the fault of the hotel but something to bear in mind. There are plenty of 24h parking facilities around which are cheaper than those recommended by the hotel. There didn’t seem to be any discount for using the park houses we were directed to by hotel staff.

first time in Nagasaki and no regrets in choosing this property! we had the BEST and prettiest breakfast! such a good night sleep because the bed was very comfy... well provided bathroom amenities and the staff are very helpful and friendly... hotel's location is also perfect for all the top sights to visit... it is a stones throw away from the tram stations and beside it is the famous shop selling the castella pastries! yummy!

Good location. Although can't park my rental car within the facility car park, they offered another place opposite where the multi storey car park can accommodate vehicles up to 2m height. Staff and Security on duty at car parking entrance were very kind and helpful. Humidifier is available at lift lobby to take for use in room.

Parking facility within hotel via car park lift cannot accommodate vehicles above 1.55m. So will have to drop luggage first before parking. Room was quite small for luggage placement but understandable.for Japan.

The hotel is very well situated at 5min walking to Dejima wharf and to Chinatown. There's even a tram stop in front that goes straight to Nagasaki Station. The facilities where good, the bed was comfortable and the room spacious enough for 1 person to pass. Breakfast is not bad.

I did Takkyubin and when the luggage arrived at the hotel, I had to go at the reception and take it myself. They don't put it in your room like in other hotels.
