I was greeted outside of the hotel by the manager which was a nice and unique gesture that I had only experienced years ago in Sapporo prior to this trip. Aside from being close to the station, the room was bigger than I expected. It had two beds, a desk (with wired Ethernet), a freestanding table, another little area where you could place belongings, a large TV, a couch, a small closet and a decently sized mini-fridge. There was also a very nice view from my room as well. I plan to stay here again if possible during my next trip to Japan.

If I had to nitpick, the faucet handles were almost round which made them a little hard to operate with wet hands, the shower head's wall attachment was not adjustable as was the case in newer hotels and the desk and table showed signs of wear. All of these things can easily be addressed with a minor renovation and they didn't really bother me. The hotel room was one of the the largest but cheapest out of 8 that I stayed in during my trip.

It doesn't deserve the 10-point valuation I gave it right now, but it will be worth it once the construction in front of the east side of the JR station finishes. The reason I gave them the perfect score is their service. Their consierge service is very helpful. The hotel room is big for the price. It is close to the JR station, tram station, and bus station. If the construction is done, the connection to those three stations will be very convenient.

There's nothing to dislike this place. Of course, it is better to have fancier facilities like a public bathing area or a gym, but this hotel is good as is.

We really liked the friendliness of the staff - they went above and beyond. Great service. Also, we really liked the convenient location. It will be even better this fall once the new station facilities open. The hotel gives an upscale feel. We got a very nice view from the room as well. Amenities were good, good bath room. Ample space for three to stay.

The security was not there, so pretty much anyone can access my room without a special key card.

The manager was wonderfully. (forget to get his name). Very attentive. When we go out to take tram (using Google Map), then turn around, he immediately came out with a map for us. Parking on site (JPY1500 /day) - this was waived for us. Location is very convenient.

Room a bit dated.

Good location. Tram in front of entrance. Family mart just in the house. Mall next door and train station 200 meters. Room: Triple room was good for 3 with enough space and nice and clean with nespresso machine. Ask for room on backside, which is above the mall roof and without traffic noise. Very nice. Staff very friendly.

Nothing negative to mention.

Great hotel for location to visit Nagasaki city. It’s next door to the railway station and buses and tram cars stop in front. Spacious rooms with comfortable wide beds, a sofa and nespresso machine. The staff were very helpful with questions regarding transportation to visit local sightseeing spots, even checking bus times and even printing them out. Many thanks to the concierge who made our stay perfect.

1. Breakfast was excellent, with the local Nagasaki speciality foods available. 2. Room was spacious, & the amenities were very high quality 3. Car parking was onsite, and reasonably priced given the hotel's location

A very convenient location for a tourist visit to Nagasaki. The concierge was exceptionally helpful in guiding us to find our way around.

Excellent location, the room was one of the biggest we got in Japan. Lots of healthy and tasty choices for breakfast and the staff was extremely kind and helpful!
