The room was clean and well furnished. The housekeeping options were also very helpful (like when we wanted new towels but didn't need any cleaning done). We enjoyed having the option to take the amenities we needed up to our room instead of having unused ones take up space on the limited counter space. The staff was very helpful and the check in/check out process was easy. The location was also very convenient, being so close to the station.

The phone in the room wasn't intuitive. You had to press on the top end (or pull up from the bottom end) to unhook the receiver when answering. My friend and I missed calls when we were in the room because we couldn't figure it out in time. There was also some construction outside next to the hotel at times, so we could hear them when we tried to sleep in. Probably not something the hotel could control though.

The room was exceptionally clean and the bed was very wide and comfortable. The hotel provided all the necessary amenities, as well as coffee and bottled water, which were both replaced daily. It was conveniently located near Nagasaki Station and multiple bus routes and tram lines, so all the main tourist locations were easily accessible from the hotel. Plus, the price was affordable compared to the other hotels available and it was well worth it.

The room and bathroom were a tad smaller and more cramped than other rooms of similar size and price range we've stayed at in the past and the water pressure in the shower was quite low, but otherwise, there were no issues and the stay was nearly perfect and enjoyable.

Reasonably comfortable chair and the desk was at an appropriate height. Wi-Fi speed was very good. Room was larger than I expected. I liked the availability of all the amenities at the entrance. Location was extremely convenient - only a short walk from the main train station and tram stops. There are a lot of restaurants and convenience stores within a few minutes walk as well.

The dryer in the laundry room did not do it's job and merely made clothes damp. Whenever it rained the dripping sound against the window frame was extremely audible and annoying. The proximity to the sea was noticeably... pungent... in the bathroom.

Within walking distance from Nagasaki station. The place was compact but tidy and clean. There was a table in the room so I could eat. There were some amenities provided near the front desk. I took 1-2 sachets of bath salt so the bath was more relaxing after walking all day. Check-in was easy with machine (I guess staff will be there to help if you arrive during check-in time). A lot of sockets near bed. Very nice comfy bed.

There were some constructions around the station so it was a bit complicated to get to the hotel on my first day. Staffs at front desk did not speak English at all. The price was a bit expensive during Golden Week.

Excellent location, very friendly & helpful staff.

I’m not smoker but only smoking room available, the room was ok but the hall smelled cigarettes. All the staff was very friendly except one female staff. I went to the reception to ask a question after 10am, she didn’t even say anything but pointed out to the check out machine, I told her I’m not checking out. I thought she was rude.

It is completely close to Nagasaki Station and Nagasagi Bus Terminal, and the surrounding commercial districts are really dense. The facilities are excellent, and there are various additional facilities prepared for each floor. The best thing was the large 4K TV in the room. I don't know the exact size, but it seemed to be 40 inches.

There is breakfast service, but it was 700 yen. Considering that there are so many restaurants around, I can't recommend it.

It's a 5-minute walk to Nagasaki station. Check in & out process was smooth. They have laundromat and it was generally clean.

The duvet only has a cover that gets disattached (it's a cover that you do not tie to the duvet). The duvet looks a bit dirty but the room was generally clean though a bit small (standard japan hotel room size)

The room is small, but the plan is good, so you have a small table to work. The hotel is very close to the train station and bus station, so the localization is perfect.

I didn`t enjoy the breakfast. You take it and carry to your room. I personally prefer to have breakfast in a restaurant. Moreover, the breakfast don`t have other options. I, who don`t like fish, had to eat it 2 days in a row.

The location is fantastic. Going to museums in walking distance, even going to the bus terminal for returning to the airport! The staff and cleaning staff are quite helpful and they did their job. Overall, it is out of my expectation! All Good!

Just next to the hotel, there is a construction of building and the main station has some construction. They may have some small noise in the morning but It is not a big deal for me.
