The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. It was my second time there. It is close by shops, restaurant and sakae. There is a free coffee dispenser on the first floor and an ice machine and vending machine on one of the floors. You can also choose your pillow and the amenities you need downstairs

The room are vey narrow, it was hard to get in and out of the room with the stroller and someone with a big suitcase would have the same issue. The size of the room is identical to all the hotels within this price range so for a wider room, you would need to spend much more. Also, the amenities are not eco friendly at all as it is all wrapped in plastic and single use items.

The location of the hotel was quite nice. It was close to utilise Airport Limousine and subway through Fushimi station. In addition, I can borrow an outlet adapter. There were some outlet adapters not only one so I can try what it fits on my belongings.

The cleanness was not good. Though I stayed a room able to smoke, I can see the stains of ash of cigarettes on the bedding with quite lots of dust, either. Plus, the cushiness of bed and pillow was not as good as I've looking forward to, However, the price is so affordable that's why I'd like to accommodate in this hotel next time.

Great value for money. Buffet of traditional Japanese breakfast items was excellent. There is a tax-free drugstore (grocery/supermarket) right across the street that opens early in the morning, and another one a few hundred feet away that opens later in the day. There is a variety of restaurants and convenience stores in the area. The Science Museum, Electric Museum, and Art Museum are within short walking distance. The entry with elevator to the train station going to Nagoya Station to connect to the airport is nearby.

The interiors were a bit rundown, our room was not sparklingly clean, and the air conditioning unit was dusty. But for the price I'm willing to book this property again when I'm back in Nagoya. My daughter who travelled with me would also prefer staying in other Sanco Inn properties in other cities in Japan.

Pros: ● near Fushimi station (one station away from Nagoya Station). ● hassle free check-in and check-out ● amenities (comb, towel, hair band, cotton buds, and 3 kinds of toothbrush) are there in the corner, and you can just grab them whenever you please! ● free coffee almost 24/7! Yey! ● liquid soap, shampoo, and conditioner also smell nice! ● room and bed is quite big for a solo traveler, quite spacious too! ● room has blowdryer, rack for clothes, refrigerator

Cons: ● while it is near Fushimi station, the problem is the nearest station exit/entry does not have any escalator or elevator - imagine carrying/ lifting your heavy bags here (honestly this is not the hotel's fault, but just laying it out here) ● while the breakfast buffest has options, they served the same food items during my 2 day stay, which is ok, but i think might not be appetizing if longer - hopefully, they can consider mixing the menu every day ● restaurant where they serve breakfast is quite small and feels cramped.

The Sanco Inn Nagoya Fushimi is perfectly located for visiting Nagoya, very close to the science museum and at a short stroll to the bus and subway, also only at 20 min walk to the JR Nagoya station. The double room have a good size for 2 people, equipped with a kettle, toilet/shower, good soundproof windows, tv and all the appliances described in booking. The internet speed was also really good. During our stay in Nagoya, we visited the Toyota automobile museum, strolled by the city and went for a day trip all the way to Toyama using the Hida train, and this hotel was the perfect base for all our adventures. The reception staff, cleaning and breakfast staff are all THE BEST, always polite and helpful, we even decided to extend our stay one more night and the reception staff guided us to find the best price in booking.com instead of the price booking it from the reception desk. The breakfast is also a really good perk as it offers western and Asian options, all delicious. In addition, at the reception you can make use of the coffee maker and a microwave at no extra charge. They also have coin-laundry rooms that you can use at anytime

My only slight complain is that the bed is too firm for my taste, but it is not a major issue.

Nice, clean and well furnished room with enough space for large suitcase. Bed is comfortable with clean sheets and sleepwear provided, bathroom is good. Staff are friendly and the included breakfast is good. Hotel is close to Fushimi subway station which is only one stop away from Nagoya station and also near to many popular areas in the city. There's many restaurants, shops and convenience stores in the neighborhood.

Can't change the room temperature, it was very warm and stuffy. The room I got was a smoking room, even though I did not smoke there was still smoke smell coming through the ventilation. There was an air purifier in the room so I kept using that to remove the smoke smell and provide additional airflow.

I enjoyed the free breakfast, although the hotel have stated they're removing that perk in 2024. The self serve toiletries at front desk was handy. There was enough space for my large luggage.

The hotel entrance was difficult to find when coming from the east (Fushimi subway station), as the signage is really small and somewhat hidden from this direction. The larger signage against the wall shows better if you're arriving from the west (Nagoya station).

This property is just next Fushimi wich means right you got a lot of youngs people night life, and also a Torikizoku (that I recommend for eating ). Hotel is clean, staff is great and breakfast is good too. I don’t know what you can expect more from an hotel, it was perfect for what I attended (and even more with the Japanese WC, all shampoo and conditioner are here in the shower and good quality, and they even give some water bottles with the new towels everyday) Was an 11/10 for me

The room was comfortable although small. The breakfast was Japanese-style and also had some European options (cereal). Check-out was easy, the check-out machine has an English option.

The blanket was tucked in so tightly that I couldn't get it free, therefore I couldn't use it well. It was very warm in the room during the night, but luckily the window could be opened.

The location was great for me. I live in Japan but I wanted to stay in Nagoya so it was very convenient for me.

The walls of business hotels are paper thin. so I was concerned about making too much noise. I could hear other guest taking baths/showers. I could hear other guest entering and leaving their rooms. I understand. this is the nature of Japanese business hotels however, other guests traveling from abroad, may not.
