- Very helpful staff with good level of English - Great location, 6-7 mins walk to Fushimi station - Spacious room in my opinion. A bathroom has both a bathtub and a shower - Make a room everyday - Lots of eating choices around the area e.g. Hinoya, Yayoikaiten, Cafe de crea. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for an affordable hotel with specious room not far from Nagoya Station. I'll definitely stay here again if I visit Nagoya in the future.

Room is superclean. Breakfast is delicious. Hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood. Fushimi subway is the nearest to hotel. Use Exit 10 if you carry heavy luggage cos there is a lift. 15 mins walk. But if travelling light, use exit 8 as its slightly nearer to hotel. 41 steps up stairway.About 10mins walk to hotel

When I booked it, I thought it was closer to the main station than it actually was. More like a 15-20 min walk. A shuttle or connection would be handy.

Location a bit far to walk with luggages - taxi is preferable at 850 yen. I enjoyed the ride very much to & fro Shinkansen station.

Central location and we learned how to use the city bus because of their location. Rooms are bigger than business hotels, loved the fact that the toilet is separate from the shower. Near a bus station that goes to chubu centrair, staff told us about it and it was the best way to get to the airport especially if you have heavy luggage. Staff also never forgot about my message to them asking them if they can send our luggage to the airport, they kept asking me from check-in until check-out. So thoughtful of them.

No washer/dryer, it would have been perfect but they’re a few blocks away from a coin laundromat.

The location was a little further from the train station than I expected, and it was raining, however it was a short taxi ride (780yen). The staff were friendly and helpful and helped organise shipping some luggage to Nagano for us. Great service. Our friend lost a jacket and the staff managed to track it down in a taxi. She was very pleased at the honesty and service. Bar downstairs as a place to sit and meet. We ate dinner at a little izakaya around the corner which was fun and had great kebabs and beer.

Be aware that it is a distance from the station and you need to factor that into your timings. Bar staff at night struggled a bit with English, it would be good to have one person to help out with language. Otherwise excellent!

We had our room upgraded from Superior Twin to Deluxe Twin when the hotel found out about wedding anniversary. Room was large, clean and on the top floor away from the lifts as requested. We were surprised to have a long sofa and a coffee machine in the room. We also loved the firm twin beds which were conducive to good rest of our bodies after a long busy day of touring.

Location was just over 1 km from Nagoya JR station so it was rather a long walk with our luggage. The other minus is that there is no facility such as an onsen or gym in the hotel.

I needed to be close to the train station, and this hotel is. You could actually walk to/from the station, although I would not recommend it in 94-degree weather. Also, it seems to be close to all the places where people are going out, but it was very quiet.

The AC seems to be centrally controlled (this is what I was told, when I went to talk to them to figure out why I cannot lower the temperature in my room). They set it for me to the temperature I asked them to set it to after that, so it was not a big deal.

The location was a 10 minute walk from Nagoya station, the hotel was a beautiful understated, modern design, it looked brand new! The booking in was effortless and the staff courteous & friendly, no problems with English. The room was clean and well specified, quiet and comfortable. As I had travelled all day I decided to eat in the hotel and had a lovely meal in the spacious restaurant.

The hotel was a pleasant surprise. The price was under 10000 yen per night for twin room so I wasn't expecting too much. But the hotel was posh, comfortable and situated at a good location where there are food and convinent stores around. Some of the cafe was just less than 10mins walk, which gives you a lot of options for breakfast. The room was clean, furnishing was contemporary, it checks all the boxes of the kind of hotel I wanted to stay. The coffee, tea, toiletries are all self service, ie. you choose and pick from a section near the reception. Those toiletries were also of good quality and the drip coffee taste good too. Their breakfast buffet looks good, but we didn't try. We are pretty sure when we come Nagoya, we will stay here again and hopefully, try their breakfast buffet.

I have no complaints. Very happy with the service.
