🏨 Stayed at the hotel for a short stay. Staff were good. There's a selection of books on the first floor, a nice surprise. Another surprise was a selection of drinks&beverages available at the evening. 📍 The location is perhaps not overly close to JR Nagoya station, but still within a walking distance, and I reached the hotel on foot with luggage with no issues. There's Lawson just next door to the hotel. 🚪 The room was good, with a good sized bathtub. 🛜 Wi-fi worked well in the room. 🧺 There are two washers-dryers at the hotel, with detergent automatically added, 300¥ per washing cycle, 100¥ per 30 minute drying cycle. ♨️ There's a public bath in the hotel, but haven't tried it. 🍱 Breakfast was good, a small buffet, but (see negatives)

The hotel was situated in a convenient location, close to many eateries and public transport. It's about a 10 minute walk from the main train station. The room was rather small but well equipped. The bed was big and comfortable for two. A large selection was available for breakfast.

The laundry facility was inadequate. There were only two machines available but one was out of order at the time of our stay. The laundry room was in constant use, and we were lucky to be able to use it once. The dryers did not do a great job. Our clothes came out damp even after an hour's use.

Lesson just a stone away and have many eateries and restaurants. Approximately 10 minutes walk to Meitetsu Bus Station/ Nagoya Station. I will give them better rating if they can change the kettle from Tefal to Thermos/Tiger brand because have a kind of plastic smell after boiling. I have no choice but to go to Lawson to get my hot wate4 because staffs not allowed me to get their hot/cold water after their Happy Hour(6 pm to 8pm)free all kinds of drinks including beer, whisky, soft drinks, coffee, etc. The Bidet/Shower from the toilet bowl is not working. Breakfast can be improved by giving us butter and cheese instead of margerine. Stayed 3 days but same dishes. My son didn't eat on 2nd and 3rd day.

The hotel location is good just at 10 minutes from the station and 20 minutes walking from Oasis 21, so you can easily get to the sightseeings even though the metro stop is not nearby. The room is comfortable with all amenities and check in was easy and fast. Since I arrived before the check-in time, I was able to leave my suitcase without any problem. The hotel staff is very nice, offering all the instructions needed. His restaurant recommendations were amazing. The welcome drink was a beautiful gesture. Breakfast had many options and was really good.

Cozy clean room. Tasty breakfast. Towels and staff were provided each day even though I put a “do not disturb” sign on the door — they just left it in front of the room. Free facilities at the reception: shaving razors, toothbrushes, tea/coffee, cream for coffee, quite an amount of manga (well, for a foreigner it’s not applicable thou if you can’t read). Convenience store 24/7 in the next building with bentos, snacks and beer :)

Low ceiling in the bathroom (or even uplifted floor). The smell of smoking rooms floor — I didn’t expect this, as I’m just smoking IQOS and probably this could be a good idea to separate cigarettes smokers from IQOS/Glo/whatever smokers. But that was completely my choice, so no blame for the hotel itself: just a note for those who in the same situation here. No English speaking staff (at least when I was at reception), but that was ez handled just using Google Translate, so not a con but more like a note for the same situations’ guys.

Great value for the money. The hotel was actually better than I had expected based on the below 8.0 score on booking.com. However, I would say it's easily 8+ as the place is really a good value for the money; it's cheap! It includes free drinks at happy hour, a fairly big breakfast every morning. The location is pretty convenient. The room has a nice deep bathtub. The bed was comfortable with cold A/C. The wifi was very fast and reliable. The public bath was also really nice.

It's annoying that a public bath in a hotel forbids tattoos. I understand if it's a small neighborhood bathhouse, but this is a hotel and you've got to realize tons of people have tattoos nowadays, not just gang members.

Everything was clean and neat. Smelled nice. The room was bigger than expected!

There were staffs who did not understand basic English. I do not expect everyone in Japan to speak it fluently but here, since it is a hotel where people from different countries visit. However, they were very welcoming and nice as they tried to answer everything we asked.

Room size meets expectations for a budget hotel. It is within walking distance to the train and bus station. Tidy, clean rooms. The lobby has some seating and check-in/out was easy, with polite, accommodating staff.

Breakfast was serviceable, but not good. The machine coffee was terrible. The walk to and from the station was fairly long with luggage but good for the price of the stay. Great if you take a taxi and can split the cost! I was not aware of the bus options.

I think this place is the best value for money I`ve ever stayed. The breakfast is good, the staff is very nice and helpful, there`s a fridge in the room, they offer you a free drink in the happy hour, it`s not far from the train station. In the breakfast, I forgot to get a fork, but a guy of the staff nicely bring one to me.

It`s hard to find defects in this stay. The room is not big, but in Japan this is the rule. The window view is not of the street.

Accessible to main central train station. Pretty decent facilities like public bath for the Japanese experience and daily happy hour in the evening.

Language barrier is quite strong. Difficult to communicate with staff properly in English. Good to have a google translator on standby.
