Convenient location (near to Nagoya Station). The room and the bathroom have sufficient height so that a person with 1.85m could take a shower without having problems. Also the bathtub is quite large. There's wired internet (via LAN cable) in the rooms and a cable is provided in the desk drawer. You get fresh towels, etc. every day (and they're really soft).

The elevator always stops at the 2F (probably to make sure that the staff can take a look at who's using it), which is a bit anoying because it wastes time. Operating he air conditioning / heating is a bit tricky when you're not able to read Kanji. The Room is a bit small if you have a large suitcase (IATA cabin size is ok, you can still open the bathroom door while your suitcase is open). You get fresh towels every day, even if you don't need them (not very ecological...)

The room was fine for a solo traveler, but I can see how it might be too small for 2 people with multiple pieces of luggage. The bathroom was very compact and the bath was nice. The staff did not speak English fluently, but Google Translate helped during our interactions and they even filled out my luggage shipping form for me.

The coin laundry did not fully dry my clothes, but I used the provided clothes hangers in my room to let them dry over night. There are only 2 machines, so you may need to wait awhile if other guests are using them.

Loved everything about this hotel. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was small but well laid out so I had everything I needed and room for the suitcase too. The bed was so comfy. Plenty of toiletries to be had in the foyer. Easy to find from the station and a very good location in Nagoya. Had a great washing machine and a delicious breakfast.

If you do not like the more traditional Japanese breakfast, I would suggest not adding the optional breakfast. They had few options that I would label as a 'continental' or 'western' breakfast.

The location was excellent in relation to the train station and restaurants. There was even an convenience store nearby It was excellent

While the description said the hotel staff could speak English, maybe it was my bad luck for that night, but the staff could not speak English as I had to use Google translate. At the restaurant, I paid for breakfast which turned out to be horrible. It did not cater to an international market, more like a local market.

Just a few minutes walk from Nagoya station and malls. The area is surrounded with lots of restaurants and very alive at night! There are also (complete) amenities by the front desk which you can freely get whenever you need to. The room is not so spacious but still comfortable and clean! One more thing, the breakfast is so good!

They only have 2 coin laundry machines and we weren't able to get a chance to do ours since it's always occupied.

Very convenient location, a short walk to the train station. They have a 12:00 check out which was fantastic. The beds are comfy and the bath in the room was great. Very tidy room that was a great end to our Japan trip.

We had a pants press and humidifier in the room. I would prefer if these weren’t in the room and that you could request them if needed. When the rooms are small these items took up space that was needed.

The room was small but comfortable. The bathroom was amazingly comfortable. The bathtub looks not so big but actually it was big enough to relax. The location is convenient and easy to walk to Nagoya station or main shopping area.

There is not much space for putting big suitcases. You cannot put it under the bed. The air conditioner is Japanese typical one that flows air from the above and a bit difficult to adjust during the night. Wifi worked sometimes smoothly but sometimes not working well.

Great location and friendly staff. We were happy to be able to leave our luggage with the reception staff as we arrived too early for check in. Handy to have a little fridge in the room and the water on arrival was very welcome on a hot day.

There was WAY too much stuff in a tiny room (an extra seat, table, trouser press and ...dehumidifier or heater?), we had to move a few things around to be able to accommodate our luggage.

It's comfortable and modern. All of the lights in the room (including the bathroom) are dimmable which I really like. Plenty of amenities available

Reception is on the 2nd floor, and whenever you take the elevator it seems to automatically stop there (perhaps for security) During cleaning time, rubbish bags are left in the hallway making a bit of a smell and nuisance

This hotel is centrally located. It's on a somewhat busy street with pubs/ bars, but the room was completely quiet which was wonderful. The staff is super helpful and kind. It's not a high end hotel, but still had a bidet and nice size bathtub for soaking. For the price, I would say it was excellent!

I ended up staying in two different rooms. One with twin beds and one just with one bed. Even if you are alone, the room with the twin beds might be better if you want more space for luggage, etc.
