This is probably the best value for money hotel we have ever stayed at. Room was big, we could actually have all our 3 suitcases open on the floor and still be able to easily walk around (which is not that common for hotels in Japan). The room was very modern, bed was comfortable and the staff really nice and helpful. It also surprised us that we never had to wait for the lift more than a minute. You can’t beat the location, it’s across the street from Okayama station, right above Bic Camera store, less than a minute walk from Family Mart and a 5’ walk to AEON mall. I would stay here again without a second thought.

Nothing, without exaggeration it was one of the highlights of our trip.

The location was great, right opposite the train station and close to shops and restaurants. We liked that there was a small table and two chairs where we could have a light meal. The staff we encountered were really friendly and helpful.

Some people may be disturbed by the sound of the pedestrian crossing warning bell. We could hear this from the 7th floor, but it did not bother us. We had the hotel breakfast once. Not recommended. Our expectation was a hotel buffet breakfast, which we had experienceed at other hotels in Japan. This breakfast was a choice of I think 4 breakfast options, which you had to select immediately on entering a restaurant. The food was not to our liking and lukewarm by the time we received it.

The location is perfect: close to the station, shopping, restaurants and attractions. We have stayed here several times and hope to return.

The rooms are clean, but becoming dated. The chairs might be replaced.

Very nice welcoming staff provided excellent suggestions with map and booklet for nearby dinner. Recently refurbished rooms at high floor very quiet. Excellent bed. Bathroom and room are spacious for Japanse standards. Ideal for a one night stay. Excellent quality drip coffee bags at reception can be taken to your room as self service.

Nothing to report. We had a nice stay. Just be aware that the hotel has no restaurant but there are plenty of eateries in the vicinity of the hotel. For breakfast we recommend a croissant at the bakery inside the station.

The staff were amazing kind and friendly. They even gave us a little gift bag for our daughter. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The location is good with a small mall right under it and several places to eat. The price point is also very reasonable.

We always have to send luggage to hotels we stay at because we travel a one year and don’t have enough free hands. Normally most hotels leave the luggage in the room, though we had to bring it up ourselves.

The location is excellent. Front office staff and housekeeping staff is friendly and helpful. The aircon can be both cold and warm air which is necessary in late March as some days are hot but nights are cold.

More effort to conserve resources? Towels are changed or provided everyday even if I do not want my room to be cleaned.

Spacious room, clean and the location can’t be beat. It’s right across the street from the station and right on top of Bic Camera, very convenient.

Sound proofing is a little weak, can hear voices in the corridor and foot steps from next door. The sound of the fridge can be loud in the middle of the night.

The best thing about this hotel is its location that very near to Okayama station. Also, the size of the room and facilities provided in the room is sufficient for three of us. The cleanliness is amazing and the staff are approachable and able to speak English that makes us feel convenient to communicate.

Everything is okay for us.

Hotel was incredibly close to the station, and very close to a large variety of bars and restaurants. It was also about a 20 minute walk from Okayama Castle, which was a nice leisurely stroll straight along from the hotel.

Truthfully can't think of anything. The hotel was good!

Really convenient location near train station, next to lots of useful shops, right by tram stop to visit tourist locations. Big rooms for a japanese business hotel. Nice sized bathroom. Extremely helpful staff.

Check in was a little confusing, needs to use a machine to get room key after speaking to front desk staff.
