literally everything ! it’s right next to the subway, the 7/11 is right next to it. it’s a beautiful hotel. the staff were so lovely and it’s got nice views. highly highly recommend this hotel

the only thing I didn’t like is that it was on a main road and it was very very noisy. you could hear everything outside even with the window closed. other than that, amazing hotel

Very good breakfast, many choices. Reception staff was very helpful in case of questions and always polite and friendly. The bed was cozy, also an empty mini bar was there for cooling self-bought groceries. Self-service laundry with three washsing machines in the hotel, also two microwaves existing in laundry room.

Room entrance floor was quite small, we had three suitcases and struggled with storing these in the room. There were only a few clothes hangers in a small entrance edge above the safe, no clothes cupboard or clothes drawers existing, so clothes had to stay in the luggage,

Superb location opposite Tenmabashi Shopping street and metro/trains/buses on hand as well as supermarkets and 7/11 right next door . Lots of restaurants and bars close by. Free mineral water each day, selection of free toiletries, tea and coffee making in the room. Comfortable beds and cleaned every day. Separate toilet. No traffic disturbance even though the hotel is on a busy intersection.

Staff unable to order a taxi for a 4.50am pick up and suggested a route via train and bus which would not have arrived in time. In the end we ordered it ourselves on line. We were pretty disappointed at this poor service. Although English is spoken anything out of expected standard hotel phrases proved difficult.

Loved our 5 nights stay here! Location was good and close to the Osaka Metro train lines. There are some delicious hidden food places in walking distance. We made good use of the coin laundry self service and also the ice machine. The supermarket, family mart and 7Eleven downstairs were very handy too. We would highly recommend this hotel. Great service and we also rented (free of charge) a Japan to Australia power plug. *Note that this is based on availability. Highly recommended. Will definitely stay here again if back in Osaka.

Firstly, I love the shower! The water pressure was very good, which made my shower time so relaxing and fast. Secondly, I really like the breakfast, which came in high variety to choose from (extra pay for breakfast). Thirdly, the bed is soft yet firm and very comfortable. Last but not least, the location of this hotel is just right above Minamimorimachi station. Super convenient!

We just have one complaint about the dust in our room and on our bed, though we would rate the cleanliness of our room 8.5/10. I am traveling with my mom, which we both have strong allergy to dust. And we have spotted small amount of dust we picked up before we went to bed every night. Nonetheless, this is a great hotel to stay!!

My room was very comfy. Enough space to move around. The bathtub deep to relax. The breakfast buffet was perfect. With Japanese and western options. The staff is also super kind.

I would say the hotel is pretty accurate in the description about what you can get. The only thing might be since is a big hotel the washer & dryer machines are not enough. Would help increasing the number or giving the chance to know how crowded it is on the tv like other hotels does. Also an option to watch tv that is not Japanese. Or rent a movie.

This hotel is lovely! Had a wonderful experience during our stay and the staff are great! The location is very convenient as the metro station is just below and right across from the hotel and there are also convenience stores around it. There’s a wide variety of options available in the buffet breakfast and there’s also a cafe by reception.

There was nothing not to like about this hotel but the rooms are quite small, however, this seems to be the norm in Japan anyway, nevertheless, it’s comfortable.

Great location, good facilities, friendly staff. It was near train stations and tenmangu shrine. Great nightlife in the area. Made use of the laundry facilities. For the price we paid it was exceptional.

Was clean, but there were some scuffs here and there. In the lobby there were stains on the carpet but tables and seats were actively cleaned everyday.

Beautiful hotel in a great area with lots of Japanese culture and old school commerce next door. Outstanding breakfast, great value for the money, just try and not eat too much, I did not succeed. An actual 24 hour, full grocery store across the street plus lots of those amazing convenience stores nearby. Great boutique restaurants within a short walking distance.

Rooms are small, but not micro, no accommodation for unpacking clothes. Room for only one open suitcase. Small bathroom but doable.

It was great value for money for such a fancy hotel. The room was bigger than other similarly priced hotels in Japan. The bakery/cafe downstairs was nice (but a little expensive). The free amenities/items in the lobby was very useful and all the staff were friendly.

It was very close to the metro station but hard to use the JR pass as the JR line does not easily connect to the main JR lines. If not using JR pass or JR subway lines then it would be very convenient.
