The staff were SO kind and helpful. The accommodation was so thoughtfully furnished, warm, clean, comfortable. The cafe underneath was fantastic for breakfast and coffees. Accommodation was very easy to get to via train. We loved it there so much and have recommended it to family and friends. Would definitely stay again!

the staffs are very very friendly, and the breakfast provided was really delicious. The location of the hotel stands beside a wide river, I would say it’s the most beautiful river view in Osaka city. You can take a walk along the river after dinner or in the early morning, enjoy the chill vibes in Osaka.

Firstly, the location was fantastic! Several minutes walk from the station, which is just across the bridge. The room was the perfect size for my partner and me, clean and with modern facilities. The hotel has a gorgeous, warm rustic vibe which contributes to the coziness of the place. The best part? The staff. Never in my life have I ever encountered such lovely, inviting staff. They were so warm and welcoming, and put in effort for us where it was not even needed. The cafe staff brought us water as soon as we walked in, and the front desk staff went out of their way to call the elevator for us every single time. They always had smiles on their friendly faces, always wished us well whenever we ventured out for the day, and always warmly welcomed us back whenever we returned. We will keep staying at Hotel Noum whenever we visit Osaka! Can't wait to go back!

From all the hotels I visited in Japan the staff of this hotel was the friendliest by a mile. They speak perfect English and were happy to make some small talk whenever you're in the lobby. Very nice people! The location is perfect, 5 minute walk to the subway, close to a convenience store, with a great view of the river. The bed is spacious and has a nice, firm mattress. Room is clean.

The room is very very small. I could handle it fine but in the beginning it did feel a little cramped. There is no room to open your suitcase, except on your bed. If you travel light it should not be an issue but if you have multiple suitcases it will be a challenge. Also, and this is entirely my own fault for not checking this properly before booking, but there are no refrigerators in the rooms. There is a common room on the 5th floor that has 2 washing machines and a large fridge that the hotel guests can use. Luckily my room was on the same floor on the other side of the hall so it was easy for me to access the fridge. But if I was on a different floor it would be a big issue (for me). Again, should have checked that better myself, and I got lucky with the room assignment :)

The staff were excellent, every single one I dealt with was so friendly and helpful and made my stay as easy as possible. The location was also in a quieter part of Osaka which I prefer, as I felt safe at any time. It was still very easy to get to all the main attractions though so I had no problem getting around. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was very spacious.

The bed was quite hard. It wasn't super uncomfortable, but after a few days I did feel it a bit. The room also gets dusty quite quickly which happens in most cities. It was easy to request the room be cleaned, which I didn't need in the 5 days I was there.

We decided to stay at Hotel Noum as it was a little bit further from the action of the Dotonbori, we were looking for a restful and peaceful stay and we truly found it. The hotel is so lovely, the staff are so very friendly and helpful it made such a difference to our stay. Warmly greeted, help and assistance offered and a quick and effect check in process. Our room was well appointed and felt relaxing and peaceful. The location was close to the station and many awesome places to have coffee and breakfast, we would stay here again and will be looking forward to coming back!

The hotel is beautiful with natural wooden textures and gold accents. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The station is just across the river, so pretty easy to get to. Our room had a balcony which was a nice surprise, but you can also use the roof terrace with little garden furniture provided - great on a sunny morning! Our room was also more spacious than it looked in the pictures, and the provided shampoo/conditioner/soap smelled divine!

The location is a little out of central tourist spots, but still accessible via train. No fridge or kettle etc in room, but there is a communal space which is still nice.

This lovely boutique hotel is located on the riverfront - away from the hustle and bustle but very close to many restaurants and shops and it was pretty easy to get to everything. The rooms were clean and nice and we loved the downstairs cafe. The real stand out was the super helpful staff who gave great recommendations for eating out, helped us to try to locate a lost item, offered us umbrellas for the day and in general went out of their way to make our stay the best it could be. .

This was my favorite accommodation in all the 3 weeks I stayed in Japan! The staff and service were incredible. Everyone spoke English and were happy to answer any questions. I ended up renting a bike for part of the day, and due to rain, they let me use it part of the next morning for free. (Seriously, amazing service!) It was a bit far from the subway but I enjoyed being in a quiet area along the river. I had a river view, single room and it was fantastic for one, but I imagine for two people + luggage it wouldn't work. Comfiest mattress in the whole country... there is a step up for the bathroom FYI. Noum really made Osaka a great trip.

Such a beautiful, aesthetically pleasing hotel. Small and quaint, peaceful. The staff was very kind and spoke a good amount of English, more than other locations we stayed at. Their toiletries smelled amazing and were great quality, I ended up buying the lotion to take home. The small cafe in the hotel had delicious treats and delightful avocado toast on fresh bread. The bunk beds were actually extremely comfortable and firm and we were each given a cozy nightgown. The rooms were very clean and the water pressure spectacular.

There is not much immediately surrounding the hotel but our plan was to venture out anyways and we loved the sleepy town feel. The area is perfect for taking walks or a morning run/bike ride. There was also a large food hall area 5-10 min walk away, and dotunburi was a short taxi ride away. No real complaints.
