Rooms were a bit bigger than we have had before in Japan so that was very nice. Everything was clean too. Pictures give a good idea of the room you get. Staff was also very nice when we arrived way too early and dripping wet because of the typhoon that was going on and helped us perfectly while giving us some time to dry off. Very close to umeda higashi, which is a very nice place to go out and eat and look at some stores.

Free breakfast was nice, just the location in the hotel made it a bit chaotic. Very busy sometimes and the food sometimes took a bit of time to get filled again after people took it. Loved that there was a bit of variety though. The mattress of the bed wasnt the most comfortable but it was just okay, a bit stiff.

The room has a comfy bed, kettle, mini refrigerator, desk, TV, everything you may need despite the small space. We didn't use the amenities, but there are pajamas available, as well as skin care items, everything in the ground floor. The slippers are reusable and it's on the bedroom. The breakfast is great, with lots of options. The location is great, you have the longest arcade shopping and lots of restaurants, shops and mini markets nearby, as well as the subway.

We've been travelling for 6 months around Asia and we had experienced a lot of self check ins. But this was the 1st time that we had to self check in with staff in the front desk looking at us and not helping us (if we were alone all by ourselves it would be better). But it was not a problem, I am just mentioning because it felt strange...

Staff were friendly, our room was clean and on the spacious side for Japan. Location was really close to great food spots and train stations. Breakfast had lots of variety. I'll miss using the bathtub to soak after our 20-30,000 steps a day.

Bed was a bit too hard for us but we were exhausted from our activities that we still managed to sleep alright.

The hotel was in a very good location, it has Lawson and metro 5 mins by feet. The staff was kind and very helpful, and the hotel in total has very good (it has waching machines, free amenities etc). Totally recommend 👍

The breakfast was a little poor.

Staff were great in helping. Some knew English but the others tried their best which was great. They were able to keep in my luggage as I arrived before check-in which was great. Laundry was there and was perfect and easy to use. Breakfast buffet was good and mostly asian style but it was good still. Lots of restaurants and food stores nearby as well.

Nice and helpful staff, good breakfast. Location is fine if you have to move a lot with JR pass. Even though the room was small, especially for 2 adults and a child,it was more spacious than other hotels we stayed in Japan

The hotel is clean overall and the staff upkeeps the place very well. The check-in is very streamlined and hassle free.

You would have to watch out for the housekeeping time as you won’t be able to go back to your room early.

Everthing, for the price this is an extremely value for money place compared to other places in Japan. Staff were helpful and courteous. Places was clean like all places in Japan.

My family and I really enjoyed this hotel. Check in was easy and there is a hot Japanese breakfast every morning included, Staff are friendly and make the stay welcoming.
