Hotel 3O'Clock Tennoji was just a few minutes walk from JR Tennoji Station, Tennojiekimae, and Osaka-Abenobashi. There were also nearby convenience stores and restaurants. There was a welcome drink from their cafe! The room itself was a good size, with a refrigerator, table and chairs, slippers, hangers and hooks, wastebasket, and outlets on each side of the bed. The toilet and bath was surprisingly spacious. Shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothbrush, hair dryer were provided. Towels and bottles of water were provided daily. There were also other toiletries available (for free!) at reception. Washing machine and dryer available for a fee. Microwave also available (free to use). The hotel had an elevator. The owners were very kind and though they could not really speak English, they had a translation app.

The room was wide, and had a space for a sofa to relax too. The cleanliness of the room and even the toilet makes it a really pleasant stay. The bathroom had the toilet and bathroom separated, and the bathtub was a pleasant surprise. Not to mention that you get a welcome drink during check in. I am truly amazed that the room is like unlike a standard hotel room, but it feels as if you are living in a house in Japan.

There is no breakfast provided like a normal hotel. But with the nearby food options available, the space to stay was a great deal indeed.

The location was great. The staff were very friendly. Check in was fuss free. We arrived later than their closing time (10pm) but we were still able to get into our rooms very quickly. Check in was only done the next day morning. The rooms were very decent and comfortable.

The wifi was slow and somewhat weak. I could not get wifi for my laptop in some parts of my room on the 3rd floor. The sound insulation from the road was also somewhat poor. One can easily hear the beeping noise from the carpark gate just beside the hotel.

Very friendly front desk service. We arrived early 11am and were greeted with a complimentary drink which you can exchange for with a drink ticket (I ordered a caramel latte). They didn't speak English but have a translator device which does a decent job of getting their thoughts across. We left our bags at the reception and came back to the hotel with our bags already in our room (which is a major plus for me service wise) The room was very spacious and the bathroom (and bath tub) is the largest I've seen in this price range. It even comes with water jets for massaging the lower back and feet. Money well spent

Room takes awhile to heat up (not that long just personally expected it to be faster). Could be due to the larger size of the room.

We love this hotel so much. Big room, nice welcome drink selections, wonderful hospitality by all the staff we met (also a friendly welcome from Oreo the dog), strategic location close to Tennoji station and the park. We might not want to expect 5-star facilities, but with the price like this, we had an exceptional stay. We could see how the staff handle this accommodation with great care.

The owners were so nice and brought Oreo (the hotel’s puppy mascot) to the hotel when I asked about him! We love animals and it was great meeting the other guests and their dogs. Location is excellent (1/2 hour train ride to Kansai airport), and loved being close to the park.

The hotel is very well located, 3 minutes walking from Tennojo Station. The room was slightly bigger than japanese standards. They give you a voucher for a free drink from the bar, prepared and brought to your room (we chose hot chocolate and caramel chocolate) which was very nice!

Not big but very comfortable and clean. Recommended for animal lovers. A cute little Oreo greeted us. Convenient to get around as it is right next to the station. The staff was very friendly and helpful, no complaints. Would use again.

everything perfect for me!

The staff were very welcoming, even with the language barrier they were very helpful. As we had an ongoing flight the day of our check out, they were able to offer us a room so that we could have a shower before leaving for our flight at midnight.
