Hotel Trusty Osaka Abeno

Stayed in a single occupancy room, check-in was quick and easy even with my very limited Japanese. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great, good heat and water pressure. The room came with its own air conditioner where you could set the temperature. It was also good to have a humidifier in the room. I was also traveling without luggage (overnight transport to a different city) so the amenities including hair brush, toothbrush, hair tie as well as the standard amenities was really great. It’s in a good location, next to a mall that had a bunch of shopping and restaurants that were easily accessible and open late. It was also close to Tennoji station which made it easy to move around the city. Wish I could have stayed more than one night!

Lovely staff, super comfy beds and clean, functional rooms. Very quiet. Excellent blackout blinds. Good range of food at breakfast. Kindly agreed to hold our luggage before check-in and after checking out. Very close to Tennoji Station (and therefore useful fir access to the airport). Masses of good shopping nearby.

Slightly awkward to find the hotel. Rooms were quite small.

The location is very good. It was perfect to get the Haruka Express train to the airport in the early morning (15 mins from the room to the platform with the luggages and a small kid) . It's also the perfect location for shopping.

As all japanese business hotels, the room space was optimized. It's a little small for a long stay with the whole family (with a kid)

Location is near the Station but not that close you have to walk across the walking bridge around 5mins. There's department store around the hotel. The staff is helpful you can ask them in any queries.

The room a bit small but it suits the solo traveler you can't early check in.

The location is right across the street from Abeno Harukas and is convenient to everything in Tennoji. The hotel looks great. The staff was absolutely fantastic. We did not go out due to the pandemic, but for when things clear up, there is a vibrant nightlife area nearby. If you need a solid hotel with a nice view that is right next to a train station, this one is hard to beat.

The room was a bit small but not as tiny as a lot of the shoeboxes this country calls hotel rooms. The parking situation was unexpected (2500 yen per day to park several hundred meters away in an underground garage) and should be explained more clearly in advance.

great location, clean and friendly staf

Breakfast finish at 9:30am... which mean that latest you need to get there by around 9am. I missed it. For many guests it's too early, especially on weekends. I think breakfast should be until 10:30 or even 11am.

Great value for the money

If you arrive by car, be careful!! The hotel did not prépare à parking place next to the hotel, not even double parking for 1 minute!!! So how can the guest upload his 4 suitcases???

Convenient location very close to Tennoji Station. Comfortable bed. Good range of bars and restaurants close by.

A little difficult to find initially but once you know it’s opposite Osaka’s tallest building it’s easy.
