1. LOCATION! Right above a reputable mall and minutes away from most train lines. 2. Staff is superb, exceptionally helpful, from the concierge, front desk to bell service. They helped us deliver our luggage to our Tokyo hotel, so stress free! 3. Special mention to Trainee Miku, she's gone all out to help us get our reservations done for our next leg in Tokyo, which was canceled unexpectedly. Arigato gozaimasu Miku! In all, we can't think of a better hotel to be in Osaka. Being in a mature and less chaotic area, but with a short ride of train to anywhere in the city. Being above a major mall is the cream on top. Staff here are the gems of the hotel!

1. Room a little small and no connecting rooms available 2. Breakfast is good but spread can be improved, at least have rotating variety for a small section. We stayed 12 nights and by the 2nd week, we got so tired of the selections.

convenient location. JR and Kintetsu are at the B1 floor of the building so can go to Kyoto , Nara , Kobe in an hour. Excellent view of Osaka in the room and several malls such as Mio and Q's are nearby. You can find lots of restaurant around.

Since we stay for 10 days , it will be more convenient if there's a laundry room in the hotel. We need to walk around 10 mins to the nearest laundry shop. The quality of the restaurant cooka is a bit disappointed. The hotel room is lack of hanging hooks and string for guests to dry the clothes.

The size of the room was adequate. The cleanliness was superb. The location was AWESOME!!! Everyone was nice enough, of the staff. The views were spectacular!!! The hotel lobby was lovely! Overall, I loved this hotel and would stay again.

They stated breakfast was till 11am. We went to breakfast at 1040am and they stated they were already setting up for lunch. So we ruffled a few feathers on that one, but even then, they accommodated us. The food wasn't spectacular but was edible. Perhaps state our last serving is at 1030am and we close breakfast at 11am? Very busy bell cap staff.

Amazing location, literally over the train station, and has a mall right downstairs. Everything in the room was great, the view was beautiful and the vibe of the reception was exceptional. As for more of the room, the bathroom was great, the AC was super cold which is exactly what you need when visiting Osaka in September.

The TV could be upgraded, and would of preferred if there were more USB slots.

Staff handled everything in a professional but friendly way. Receptionists spoke fluent English. The room was well designed with a moving "wall" hiding or revealing part of the bathroom. You could easily add privacy while taking a bath by rolling down the curtain. The view was absolutely superb even on a rainy day. Location was great, lots of department stores, malls, restaurants etc. close by. Coffee machine! The lounge area with a bar was elegant, and the bartender could prepare various cocktails.

There were times when the staff spoke with a quiet voice, so it was quite difficult to hear what they were saying. TV could have been a bit bigger and more modern since it's a 5 star hotel. Hairdryer was a standard hotel model, lacks oomph. I was also hoping for a bit better tea selection.

We traveled with our 2 children and the hotel was very accommodating. The kids loved it. The breakfast had so much choice. The staff was really great. The location is the best to visit Osaka when you have only a couple of days. Overall, we loved this hotel and will be back again when we can.

Location was great. Close to shops and transport. Nice view of city. Good size room. Nice bath-tub.

I wanted to have soy milk in my coffee because I am lactose intolerant. I was told they don’t have any soy milk which I find incredible for an international hotel.

Fantastic views over the city, beautiful lobby, clean, well-appointed rooms, impeccable service, convenient location right over a shopping mall with restaurants and a major train station. Nice park across the street. Fun to be in the tallest building in Japan! Glad we could get adjoining rooms for our family of four.

It’s a little difficult to find the elevator to the hotel lobby, and somewhat inconvenient to have to take a separate elevator to get to the rooms, but that’s a small thing compared to what a great experience the hotel is.

One of the best hotels we stayed at on our trip - lovely staff, convenient location (directly above metro, shops and Harukas observatory), and great cafe/bar in the lobby.

It is a little pricey and seems like the price stays quite constant throughout the year.
