I really like how clean and complete this place is. It has everything that we needed at an affordable rate which is rare in Japan. We had a bathtub, stove, refrigerator, and washing machine with detergent already supplied. I really love my stay here. Everything is exceptionally clean when we arrived. We stayed at a tatami room, while it was awkward at first having to put on multiple sandals for different purpose, we eventually got used to it. I also like that the balcony is accessible and you can see the weather and a glimpse of the neighborhood around the property.

The location was a bit far (10 minutes walk) from Tsutenkaku where most of the restaurants are located. We needed to buy our meals first before returning to the hotel as there isn’t any convenient store close to the hotel. But in the end we don’t mind it. The place itself is enough to provide us a comfy stay.

Location was close to Shinsekai and Tennoji Park, yet surprisingly not too loud! I really liked the room - how clean and well equipped it was. Not only there was a fridge, mini kitchen and a washing machine, but also detergent, drying rack, and all kitchen utensils you might need (and of course toothbrush+toothpaste set, as well as other toiletries). Easy self check-in and check-out (but early self check-in is not possible). However, there is a common room (+bathroom), where you can wait, leave your luggage or even enjoy some drinks or snacks from the vending machine.

Great apartment, with small kitchen, full bathroom and a washing machine, , big closet and balcony It is in a quiet neighborhood, but close to a beautiful temple and easy access to transportation,

The "Lockers" was a PVC pipe structure with some thin cables and locks.. this part should definitely be improved a bit more. A better way to store your luggage is needed, because there is often no one to receive you as it is a mostly automated check-in hotel, so if you arrive early or want to check the city after check-in, you need somewhere to safely leave your luggage for a few hours.

The room was nicely located, about 30min walking to the main streets of Osaka. It was comfortable and clean.

The communication in english with the management of this unit was very hard, I had to repeat multiple times what we were discussing and no one seemed to understand my requests in english. It was as if every time I was messaging different people. I asked for an extra night and I was forced to check out and wait for check in time even though nobody used my room after I left and I specifically wrote them days before to avoid this situation.

The room is spacious compared to other hotels in Japan. It is clean, well-equipped and comfy! There are portable plugs in the bed, bathroom is wide and techy. The self check-in process is also easy. They have a common area for free water, coffee & tea. They have vending machine as well. You can also leave your luggage there with a self service padlock. Location is 10-15mins walk to the metro, very near shinsekai tower which is a tourist spot itself. Convenience stores are around the stations as well. Just a station away from Namba and the main area. Well worth it for money!

This place looks relative new, is very clean and has alot more space than any other hotel we stayed in. It also have a washing machine, microwave and kitchen bench with sink and small stove top. The price is really good for what's worth. It is a bit far from the popular Dotonbori but still within walking distance of 20 mins ish. Coin laundry is also just a couple of blocks away which is so convenient. You can also leave your suitcase there before check in time.

We tried to ask them for help to call our next accommodation, as we struggled contacting our Ryokan which needs a bus to go up the mountain. We didn't have Japanese phone number or email contact to the ryokan. They refused to help and tell us to stay in their hotel instead.

We loved our stay so much here. The room was beautifully decorated with tatami floors, was so spacious and clean and had everything you would need. There was a nice balcony with great views as well which was so nice to have. The area is really great, it is a short walk to the nearest train station, shinsekai and den den town, and of course there are plenty of convenient stores around. Yes you will have to walk more than a few minutes (maybe 8-10) to get to these areas but if you walk through the back streets, the area is beautiful and quiet and the walks are so nice, we definitely preferred it. We only stayed 3 nights but would definitely stay again, especially if we are planning to stay for longer periods because this apartment feels like home and we loved it. It is such a great price as well, don't hesitate to book! The check in and check out process was really easy, there is even a waiting area where you can relax with free coffee/water and a vending machine if you arrive before the check in time. Although there is no reception area, I noticed there is a staff member available around check in time to help if needed, the staff are also very quick to respond if you message via booking.com. Highly recommend!!

The only thing we noticed is that it would be good if you needed to scan the room key to use the elevator at all times. You need to scan your room key to enter the building after a certain time at night (which is great), but during the day, the front door is unlocked. I only say this since there is no reception area. Of course, no one can get into your room without the room key anyway! :)

The room was very spacious. Tatami flooring was great for our tired feet and the balcony with a view was lovely. Everything was clean, the washing machine worked fine and the bed was comfortable. There's a luggage locker on the first floor right next to it is a wending machine with free coffee/tea. We arrived early so we just left our luggage there for 5 hours and explored the neighbourhood. The location is good, some metro stations are a bit further away, but Namba and Dotonbori is basically walking distance.

The ceiling in the shower is a bit too low, if you like to stand up. Might be something to notice for tall people, but not reallY a problem overall.

Stayed here for 12 night for my sakura visit in Osaka and Kyoto. Hotel located nearby to Shinsekai area, not very close to JR/subway station but consider acceptable walking distance. 8 min walk to Ebisucho metro station, 10 min walk to Shitennojimae yuhigaoka metro station and 13 min walk dobutsuenmae metro and JR Shinimamiya Station and 15 min walk to JR shitennoji station-direct Haruka express from KIX Airport.for the price of hotel consider worth for money. room c/w washing machine and cooker, convenient for long stay couples/small family.. Electricity not the key card type, you still can turn on something when away, for me I always turn on the toilet exhaust fan for dry out my clothes. As describe in hotel policy, no room cleaning during the stay, but I did request help me change out the bed sheet after few night stayed, the staff also willing to helps. Overall good experience and totally worth of value during this peak season.

The room is very nice, and it has all the needed amenities. We have refrigerator, microwave, stove, kettle, and washing machine. We do our laundry in the room everyday. There is also vending machine at the lobby for free coffee and tea.

It if self check in using a computer at the lobby. We booked 4 rooms, and had some trouble checking into the rest of the 3 rooms. It took us at least half an hour to finish checking in. There is no room service throughout the stay, so water is not refilled, you have to throw the rubbish by yourself.
