The hotel is opposite Tennoji train station so it's an ideal spot if you're going to travel around a bit. Easy access also to the Metro. The room was a reasonable size but as usual a rather cramped bathroom with shower over the bath. Bed was pretty OK.

The main complaint would be the poor air conditioning with very limited control over room temperature. The hotel has a centralized system and the only way to get the temperature down was to use the dehumidifier constantly. Windows could not be opened to moderate the temperature.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay here. First of all, the location is SUPER!!! Literally right across the station of Tenoji (like 2 mins walk!!) If you are traveling with big luggage there will be no problem at all to move around! The staff is very helpful, the building is well-connected to all other department stores and restaurants. To be honest, you don't even need to step out of the hotel to survive a week!! I love the old-fashioned deco in the room, which reminds me of some childhood memory. The bed is very comfy. As a light sleeper, I slept quite well. I'd definitely return!!! By metro, within 15 mins you can go to the most touristy places in Osaka.

Great location, easy from Tennoji station. Easy walk to Shitennoji, shops, and eateries. It is also easy to jump on JR, metro, and trains to access the rest of the city. Did have some noise neighbours next door at 1.30am but banged on the walls and they soon stopped talking loudly. So rooms are not that soundproof, but apart from that, we did really enjoy the room and amenities.

Was able to get a booking last minute here because my airbnb nearby didn't work out. Much appreciated there was a nice room available at a good price last minute and actually it worked out much better because I had a lot of luggage to get to the airport and the JR station with the express train was so close.

Even though I had a no smoking room there was still a cigarette smell in the corridors.

The room is clean and lighting well provided.

The G/F and 1/F lift lobby is easily accessible by non-hotel users. Security concern.

I liked the smart, attentive staff. The vending machines were great for cool drinks. The hotel was well located for our needs.

As a Brit, I found the high tech toilet with its heated seat rather off-putting! Instructions in English (how to turn the features off) would have helped!

Very clean and big room for family with kids and also delicious breakfast . Location is next to train or Harukka Express to Kansai Airport , it is convenience for who bring kids or old folk . The hotel link to shopping mall within walking distance .

Hotel gave me a queen size bed. I prefer for two beds (travel with my son).
