Hotel ‘s location is perfect, very close to JR and metro station.

The bed is not so comfortable, and pillow is too hard and too high.

The room is of adequate size. Location is near Tennoji station; 10-15min for walking impaired person. You have to take lift from station to skybridge to cross over road to Via Inn. Lots of eating places at Tennoji, none around/near hotel. Donki 1-5 floor; prices seem cheaper in day than night. Hotel check in 7 floor

Housekeeping can be improved. Onsen can be available. Variety of amenities wider.

-Right on top of don quixote, and few buildings away from abeno Harukas -Insane nice view from the reception area/cafe for breakfast -At back of hotel is tennoji zoo and a very nice park (if u come at Sakura or summer foliage) and a decent way to shinsekai -Breakfast has a choice of western or japanese. Both of which are good.

-The fridge has an additional power button to on which I didn't realize until check out which some dairy food remain room temperature throughout our stay

Location is very good, just right next to Don Quijote and a walk away from Abeno Harukas Observatory and surrounded by plenty of big shopping malls. Mattress is more towards the firm side, but my wife and I don't mind firm beds.

- Not near a station with elevator on any of the exits. Have to carry big suitcases through stairs, although the hotel is about 7-10 mins away from train station. - Need to pay extra for some amenities

Best location, direct train to the hotel from airport. Best for you to spend you first day and last day in Japan . The receptionist Mr Abe with bright character made my day even better. And most craziest thing is they connected to don quijote in 5th floor and open for 24 hr. Man, all you need in Japan is here

location, clean, good service, excellent facilities. there are lots of malls, convenient stores , and even Don Quixote just in the same building. all overnight travelers could access it via elevator.

The location is perfect in south Osaka. Tennoji train station can walk in 5 minutes and transfer to most of the places in Osaka. There are so many stores downstairs and 7-11 just 10 steps away. The pricing is so fair based on its Cleanliness and location. All staffs are so welcomed and supportive.

Very large, nice bath. Room size is large as well, and comfortable. Hotel is just a few minutes' walk from Tennoji Station, which is very centrally connected. There's a lot of food in the area, and the Tennoji Zoo is walking distance.

Faces onto a busy street, so it can be a little noisy at times.

Loved our stay there. Having it on top of Don Quixote was a bonus! It was near the Tennoji station with lots of food and shopping all within walking distance

Abit of noise from the main road but it was tolerable
