Location of the hotel was convenient! Just beside a JR line, and a few minutes walk away to the Metro. Nearby many vending machines, a few convenience stores and local small eateries. The hotel provided local recommendations to attractions and places to grab cheap/late night snacks or food which was helpful. Provided an amenities kit. Lounge available to all residents at the first floor provided free coffee, tea and charging ports. Public amenities were mostly kept clean most of the time.

Door not very soundproof, could occasionally hear people walking past the doors. Most floors have a toilet and shower room to be shared with residents on the same floor, however at popular timings (early mornings/evenings), may have to go to another floor's shower or wait a turn.

If you're a solo backpacker and just want a single room for the night this place is very good value - if you're used to hotels this might not meet all your expectations but you get what you pay for. It's still very affordable. Location is great (including for the airport) there are showers on each floor in addition to onsens and you get free coffee, they even gave out free Halloween treats on check in. Staff were also super kind helping me try to find a lost hoodie.

Lift smelt a bit.

Location is everything and is what saves this place. The subway is about a block away and the train station is right next door - you're one stop from Namba station and all that is on offer in that area. It was a fantastic place to base ourselves for 4 days in osaka and although it got down to -4 degrees with snow, we never got cold or needed to use the heat pump. Staff do an amazing job of keeping the shower and toilet areas spotless and clean and there is an area and laundry facilities on the first floor that we used.

The room was teeny tiny for three people (not quite 4 futon widths across) and the futon mattresses were very thin, meaning it wasnt the most comfortable place to sleep. The elevators stink of cigarette smoke. Make the most of the ear plugs as the train over bridge is right next door and there were always noisy people late at at night. Bit of a sketchy area at night towards the Lawsons and wouldn't ecommend walking there by yourself if female. None of these things were deal breakers for us and I'd consider staying there again due to how cheap the room was and the fantastic location.

The location is good and very easy to catch the train. Minimarts are close and diverse. There is a common bathroom which is not so busy. The common area is well furnished with all you need microwave, ice, chopsticks, and coffee. This is the second time that I have stayed with this hotel. The hotel also provides a key drop box since I have to leave in the early morning for the airport.

The room and corridor smell not so good. Elevators are crowded during prime time. The blanket is not comfy.

Excellent location on my way from the Kansai International Airport to Uji with a half-day stop in Osaka: very close to Shin-Imamiya Station Nankai/JR Station and Osaka metro (Dobutsuen-Mae station), close to Tennoji and Shinsekai areas and not far from Namba+Dotonbori areas.

Tiny room, no bath/WC in the room, and noise from the close railway but I knew about it from description and reviews. So I just tried to spend as much time as possible enjoyoing the city.

Great location, the 3-ppl sized room is perfect for two, if you need a bit more space and your budget allows it.` Included bath / onsen room(s) are a great addition, so is the view from the rooftop. Downstairs has a spacious common room, where you can get work done if you don't want to go to a cafe. Conveniently located literally next to a train exit. Staff is great. Luggage storage available.

Very clean room with AC, shared bathrooms are very clean. Next to the Osaka loop so very well connected and easy to access coming from and too the airport. Staff very nice and helpful. Checked out at 10am and returned at 18hrs to pick up my luggage and staff let me take a shower what really made a difference, prior my flight back to Europe.

Rooms needed a bit more of ventilation/oxygen but not stuffy and no weird smells.

Close to Osaka loop JR line, Osaka MRT Walking distance to Tennoji Zoo and Park Just a few blocks from two Don Quijote stores Tennoji and near Shin Imamiya STN. With Free Drinks (Green Tea, Coffee) hot water and ice cubes With coin operated laundries and drier. Good for staying in a longer period of time.

Nothing. All good and reception personnels are friendly.

Close to station, I only stayed there for quick sleep after my flight. My flight was landing 21:30, this place has check in till midnight, so I picked it only because other similarly priced options had check in till 22 or something. Pleasant enough, I slept well.

The AC kicked in really quickly when we entered our room. It can be small and you have to share the facilities with the rest of the floor. However, with the location (subway station down the street) and price, it's very good.
