Location is superb. Few steps from the shin immamiya station where you can ride straight to kansai airport. Make sure to take the south exit if you have bags as the west exit has no elevator. There is a 24 hr supermarket with cooked food and groceries. A mega don quijote is also within walking distance. For food there is the alley going to shinsekai with good sushi and yakitori. Near dobutsuen mae metro and JR osaka loop

The bathroom is super small.

Right at the entrance of the west side entrance of the railway station, this establishment is well placed, has budget friendly rooms with privacy and all the basic amenities one needs to survive. It's a good hotel for those who are travelling for sightseeing, pilgrimage or adventure. For those seeking pampering,might not be the place to stay. The manager who handled check in was super nice and spoke very good English which was helpful. He also advised regarding the local public transportation which was a plus. So all in all, a great stay altogether. Also,as attain lover, it was adream come true to see the train lights and hear their sound inside the room, many comments above say it's bothering, to me,not even once it bothered.it's not as loud as people have said.

Excellent Value for money, was surprised that I got my own Lockable private room in which the top bunk bed for another person was connected to another room of their own. Nice design. Clean showers on the second floor and microwave on tenth floor. They have washing machines for 200 yen a wash and 100 yen for the dryer. You can buy washing powder for 50 yen at the reception aswell. Recommend people to go here on a budget you will be happy.

Unfortunately noisy guests not the hotels fault. Playing music loud sometimes and a lot of banging. Fortunately it did not happen when I went to sleep. Bed was just a slight bit to hard but manageable and for the price paid for the hotel I can't complain.

Location could not be beat. Very close to a useful JR station, good places to eat nearby, including some good street food. For how much I paid, this hotel is a great deal. I'll be staying here again, no question.

Was that coverlet sized for children? I'm very average height and it didn't even come close to covering me up. I'd rather not have the heat blasting all night long, so I had cold feet nearly every night. If the coverlet is going to be tiny, then give me a blanket!

This hotel is an amazing return on value. It's in a great location, the rooms are a good size for the price, and the amenities are pretty decent especially for how much we were paying for our room.

Rude guests talking in the halls got on our nerves and thanks to the thin walls we could hear them crystal clear. Sadly, the neighbourhood around the hotel is a little on the seedy side, though I never felt I was in any danger.

One of the best option for solo traveler/small group backpackers. Cheap and very strategic location.

All the toilet doesn’t have bidet except for the ones at Level 1. Shower room also limited at the top level (only 2). Although they has the large open bath for those who don’t mind.

Love the convenient location. Great value for money. The room was clean and comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful. The room was sizable for how much I paid.

The single electric outlet in the room got tiresome very quickly. If I didn't travel with a power strip I don't know what I would have done. Also, I could smell the smoke from the smoking areas in my room. Yuck.

The capsule room was very comfortable and clean. The location is perfect, right next to the train station.

Honestly, none? I don't know why the ratings for the location are low, but the hotel is very convenient because it is close to the train stations, the airport, and other attractions. The place is also safe, with many cheap restaurants nearby.

I like that the hotel is just a stone throw away from Nankai Line which is very accessible for airport express trains.

The washroom, smells old and funky. Please clean it regularly. Pillow is kinda small and not that soft too.

This is my third time staying at this hotel, affordable and just a minute away from the JR Shin-Imamiya train station. Super convenience. Perhaps because covid the public bath is closed, too bad, I visited during winter, would be nice to soak on the “onsen” after tiring day. But overall it’s always nice stay.
