The hotel is centrally located with both JR and subway station within walking distance. Also near the airport bus stop that provides another option to/fro airport. Many dining choices around the hotel & the most convenient would be that of Lawson right next to the hotel. Hotel also provides complimentary beverages (coffee & tea) at certain hours.

very thin disposable bedroom slippers which is so uncomfortable to the Hot bath. compare to same chain in Kobe, durable rubber bedroom slippers are provided. Also no control over the number of visitors to hot bath means that at times, so many people in the hot bath and one has to wait to take a shower. while single beds are if comfortable size, it leaves the room with limited space to open up my big luggage. i have to push both beds together and adjust the coffee table so that opening the luggage in full is possible. but at least the furnishings are easily moved to allow space. if only double bedroom is available at that time of my booking.

The location was SOOO convenient, after travelling with heavy suitcases for a long time, the hotel was accessible right outside the main trainstation area. This area not only had a lot of food choices but also had a lot of shopping choices too. It was clean and comfortable. The staff were very kind and helpful. The view from the room was so AMAZINNG.

There was a constant sound of running upstairs, but that could have been someone’s child thumping about.

Super clean and convenient. Downstairs has Lawson. Good sized room for family too.

Too many people......lobby was not big and always crowded with tons of luggage and people. The lift got to wait very long everytime as there are too many people. The eateries downstairs mostly allowed smokers to eat inside so they are not for children.

The location near many restaurants and bars and Osaka station. Also the biggest bed we've seen in Japan previously. Very handy having a pharmacy and a Lawsons on ground floor

No on site bar or lounge

Perfectly clean room in a good location. I didn't try the public bath (tattoos), but it's an impressive feature for the price. Beds and pillows were of a good quality. Overall, good value for money.

The temperature in the hallway was extremely high which meant we couldn't get our room cool enough to sleep comfortably, which was made worse as the windows didn't even crack open. I'm not sure if this is a regular problem. But the lobby was covered in luggage every day. Not 2-3 bags... Dozens of suitcases covering almost the whole floor. Staff were less attentive than in other hotels we stayed at in Japan.

- Room service. Required an iron and iron board, and it was delivered to our room. The other hotels in Japan I stayed in required me to take it from the front desk and return it. - We came before check in time and a room was available for us. - Room was fully equipped. - Location. I wouldn’t say it is near but the train station is accessible. - Convenient stores were located just below the hotel. Easy to get food or drinks when we returned to hotel. - Room was spacious compared to the other rooms I stayed in Japan (stayed in 4 other hotels including another one in Osaka). It was able to handle two big luggages.

Location- close to everything - public transport restaurants, bars, department stores (we especially loved the Hanshin food hall and Hankyu Department Store restaurants). Staff were really friendly, housekeeping great. Washing machines and dryers also very much appreciated. Despite being close the everything and a big hotel, the well furnished rooms were quiet (we had 2 for family). We also really liked the bathroom amenities.

Only thing we didn’t like was the lift always and unnecessarily stopping at Level 2 reception going up and down.

The location of this hotel cannot be beaten. So close to the subway lines, and the options for food and convenience stores in the area is excellent. The bed was comfortable, and they have options for the level of cleaning you want and need each day - magnetic notices to the cleaning staff that you put on your door each morning. This was an excellent touch, as its not always necessary to fully change out sheets and towels every day. The fresh bottles of water every day were appreciated as well.

The pillow options were limited. They were either too soft or hard, with no other options available. I would have appreciated something in between. The room was quite tight, which made it difficult to manage two large suitcases for the four days we stayed. However, this is somewhat expected in Japan. Overall, there wasn't much to pull the score for this hotel down. It was good value for the money.

Great central location in the business district, very near the umeda station, good for JR trains and metros connections. we had a corner room with good space and very comfortable bed. key access to lifts and floors made you feel very safe. I used the public separate sex public bath with sauna which was adequate, clean and enjoyable. breakfast which was an extra cost was great with a good choice of western and Japanese choices.

my only issue was the very busy 2nd floor reception area, which caused long waits for lifts on occasions.
