The size of an APA hotel room was to be expected, as it is mostly for business travelers. However, the double bed room we stayed at was comfortably sized and the layout of the room was cleverly designed. Clean towels and amenities were also prepared every day. On top of being in central Tokyo, the location was near several train stations but remained quiet during the day and night.

The hotel does not have any laundry machines or dryers in the building. The closest coin laundry is roughly a 10min walk away. The rooms could also use a bit more soundproofing as we were able to hear people walk by our room.

Bag of linen dropped by daily which was unnecessary but rubbish that did accumulate was not removed from room every 3 days as stated. Needed rubbish removed daily not new linen. Bins very small. Had to ask desk staff to remove rubbish.

Close to train station. Close to parks and restaurants,Coin Laundry. Very nice recreation and admission workers.

It near Police station , few times on the night siren wake me up. One elevator. Long time to wait . Cleaning personal in the day of service knock the door and force me to leave the room at 10 am.Changing bed, but not vacuuming room.

We really liked staying here. Everything was well-prepared, nice and clean. They offer a variety of pleasant things of good quality: toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, gel, combs, etc. Check-in and check-out processes were pretty fast and easy. They also allowed us to leave the luggage at the hotel after our check-out.

The staff wasn’t really communicative. The AC is weird, no matter what temperature you set it would blow really powerfully.

Compact but comfortable, normal size double bed, very clean, surprisingly quiet for location, staff very pleasant. Maybe 4 min walk to subway station with easy connection to other lines and on direct line to Haneda Airport very convenient. Large selection of restaurants nearby.

Everything great except was hoping to be able to leave luggage there whilst we went travelling for 6 nights and return for our last night but staff said we could only leave for a maximum of 2 nights so decided to cancel last night and use alternative hotel.

The room is great. everything feels well made and high quality. They thought of everything: many hangers, lights, desk, refrigerator. the shower is great. All the information is on the TV, VOD for free and much more.

The room is very small, which affects everything, like the size of the bathroom. the sink, leg room in the toilet, distance from the desk, place to put the luggage, the clothes, etc.

there was no breakfast here, but some free amenities by the lobby. and their vending machine.

the bathroom is a bit too small, but adequate. i loved the bathtub, it was super functional and nice. but if you were a tall person you wouldnt really fit in the tub.

Bed very comfortable. Space reasonable for the price. Toilet bidet and bathtub good. Good location. Supermarket, train all nearby. From SG :)

- No laundry on site - The breakfast is at a cafe about 5 minutes walk away. And the options available are very limited. Ultimately, this is a good stay. I would come again.
