Location, staff, spacious, cleanliness, air conditioning, washing machine/dryer, comfortable beds, kitchen facilities, dining/loungeroom, tv netflix compatible, two bathrooms & toilets, toiletries, self-select room decorations, cafe downstairs, complimentary cafe drink each.

Washer/dryer took a much longer time to dry than Australian dryer-only, causing us concern about over-heating/damaging our clothes and/or fire hazard. No kitchen sink plug.

Very nice and clean place, all essentials were there - bathroom supplies, towels, and kitchen supplies with utensils. Additional washer/dryer was very hekoful. They provided a Toaster oven on request.

We stayed for 10 nights. Great location just 2 blocks from Ningyocho station which allowed us to get anywhere in Tokyo quickly. This station is on the Asukasa line which takes you straight to Narita. Many great eating options within a short walk. Grocery and convenience stores very close as well. Family Mart on the same block so we would send the kids with their IC cards to buy drinks and snacks on their own since Japan is so safe. Staff were so nice and courteous. We had a family suite which was perfect for our family of 4 but if we had another 1-2 kids it would have been fine.

Not much to say here - I liked it so much I am already planning the next trip!

Staffs are always very friendly and helpful. Really organized check in w request of necessity rental items and some ammenities and supplies. Daily cleaning and 3 days tidy and cleaning service are as per expected and flawlessly performed. Location is prime, yet quiet, not a lot of cars passing arounds, close to train station, Family mart nearby for getting some perishable daily supplies. A lot of restaurants to choose for dine-in. Caffes are available closed by for getting coffee and teas with snacks. Supermarkets are walking distance. Hotel rooms are quite comfortable, hotel facilities are quite good - as always for Mimaru high std values with + 2 bedrooms and our own laundry and dry machine. We rented the family suite for 4 of us. Kitchen equipments and utensils are equipped. Smart TV really helps to watch youtube for streaming news from outside of Japan or watching some movies. O yes one plus bonus given for lighting color in family room

No place to hang dry our clothes, not enough clothes hangers. At least NHK intl channel provided for international news provided. The bed are too comfy for us 😁😁 especially for me with back pain problem. But I don't have any trouble sleeping after full whole day activities. There are always plenty things to do in Tokyo.

- The property boasts an excellent location, being only a brief stroll from the nearest Metro station. - The staff exhibited friendliness and helpfulness throughout our stay. - The suite, which I reserved for a group of five, was notably spacious, featuring a well-appointed living room, a compact kitchen, and two bathrooms. - The inclusion of a washer cum dryer within the room proved to be highly convenient, allowing us to manage our laundry independently without the need to allocate additional time for queuing at communal facilities, as is often the case with coin-operated laundry machines.

A notable concern pertained to the mattresses in the master bedroom. Regrettably, both mattresses were excessively soft, lacking adequate support. The absence of support was evident to the extent that when seated on the beds, we could distinctly feel the bed frame beneath.

Wonderful extended stay in the Nihombashi area, near the Ningyocho stop, and within easy access to Ginza and Akihabara. The apartment is well laid out, and huge for Japan standards. I did a lot of research before choosing this hotel, and am so glad we stayed there for 2 weeks. The neighborhood has more of a local feel, with local workers buzzing about, small traditional old shops with lot of history (like the chicken place, the knife shop, the rice cracker specialty store, and dessert shop all nearby), and beautiful tree lined streets. The Family Mart is so convenient right next door, and for all dedicated 7-11 lovers, there's one a few blocks down. The staff here was exceptional, so fun to talk to and very accommodating. The base level coffee shop serves really good coffee and thick toast bread. Would definitely return back to this Mimaru suites upon returning to Tokyo, and wish this hotel brand would open in the USA!

Storage options could be improved, especially for extended stay travelers. The apartment looks beautiful in photos with its minimalist design, but once you unpack your bags and have nowhere to put your stuff, there's not much zen. This is a small detail that would not prevent me from booking this hotel again, as I really enjoyed our 2 week stay.

Excellent location only 2 mins walk from a quiet station well connected into Ueno, Asakusa, Ginza and skytree. We caught the Keisei Limited Express from Narita - no line changes and an hour door to door then 2 mins easy flat walk from A4 exit. Just bear in mind there are stairs. Lovely spacious apartment, well appointed kitchen, great bathrooms, washing machine/dryer worked well (plan for it to be on 6 hours eg run at night or while you are out). I found the beds very comfortable surprisingly because the mattress is very thin. But somehow it works. Chargers for usb in the main bedroom. Super quiet suburb but great little restaurants and convenience stores close by. I could barely hear a thing at night. The staff at the front desk have a list of recommendations for different things which was helpful and were always polite and friendly. We also caught a bullet train from ueno station and it was easy to get there and much less crazy than I believe Tokyo station is.

I think some of the staff were a little new and didn’t know a great deal about the area but were very willing to help by looking up the information they have readily available. But honestly that is such a minor downside when the inter webs have an abundance of info available. It was convenient having a coffee shop in the same building just off reception but not overly good value - they have limited product and the price is much higher. But we were happy to pay for the convenience and a “real” coffee on the first day!

Quite spacious even for Tokyo standards. We had 4 medium luggages and 2 small luggage yet we still had some floor space in the rooms (there were 5 adults). Great amenities offered with various items up for rental such as rice cooker, adapter plug and even a JBL Go 3. Kitchen was also well-equipped for some cooking, with a full-sized fridge, microwave, utensils and paper towel. Very comfortable and quiet at night as it’s located on a quiet street. Only a short walk to Ningyocho station, a few konbinis and some small supermarkets. Also the laundry detergent smells really good

Didn’t understand how to adjust the aircond – sometimes it’s really cold but other times it’s tones down and makes the room warm even though we already set the temperature. But it’s a minor issue

This hotel is a little bit off the beaten path for most first time tourists. We intentionally picked this location for the extra space in the rooms and because we wanted to have some peace and quiet from the typical tourist areas. Getting to Ginza, Rappongi and Shibuya is a cinch. TeamLabs was hard to get to but that was expected and we didn't mind. Tokyo Station and Shinjuku require a subway transfer but totally manageable. If you are traveling with a group, I highly recommend this location and hotel. The staff is courteous, the rooms are immaculate (with washer/dryer to boot) and you likely won't find this spacious room size in the tourist areas. We were comfortable and pleased with our hotel selection. Photos online are 100% accurate. Definitely a GREAT find! You won't regret staying here. I would book this location again.

I wish the hotel location was 10 minutes closer to town.:) And my parents thought the mattresses in the master bedroom could be more firm--but truly, we enjoyed our stay and slept peacefully!

2 min walk from Tokyo metro Ningyocho station (exit A4). Super easy and convenient to navigate to the other parts of Tokyo. Family mart next door. Supermarket on main road near station as well as numerous eateries. We used the market for in room breakfasts before heading out for the day. There’s a small coffee shop attached to the lobby. Almost all staff we interacted with spoke english. Special shout out to Charles who was most helpful. Traveling with 3 preschoolers we requested early check in. Not only was our room ready but he waived the early check in fee which was a nice surprise. Beds are comfy, room is squeaky clean, modern and new feeling. Oh and the in room washer/dryer was definitely a plus!

Small things, like powder room door in hallway swung out instead of in making it difficult for anyone to pass by…. husband felt like he was in a basement with the lack of natural light (windows are small). But nothing serious enough to detract from overall experience
