the location is good and only a short walk to nice restaurants and also not far from Tokyo Station on foot.

As per many Tokyo hotels, the rooms are small and no room to open any suitcases. Small bed against wall isn’t the most comfortable in the world but was fine for one night.

Hotel near the Kodemmacho underground stop, Hibiya line, which leads to the main Tokyo underground stations and about 2 km from Tokyo Station. Akihabara district just one underground station away. The area is very quiet as it is located in a district mainly of offices and housing. The staff was always very friendly and helpful... they even helped us with a restaurant reservation and recommended where to dine in the area. The rooms are not very large, but in line with the standard of rooms in Japan

I loved the fact that the hotel had a 24hour reception. The staff were friendly and helpful and that it had laundry services located on two of the floors if you needed them. It was in a lovely location that was quiet in an evening. The room was big enough for me, you could easily slide the suitcase(s) under the bed to make room. The bathroom was also roomy enough too. It was also located close to three subway stations and Tokyo Central was 15 minutes walk away.

There was nothing wrong with the hotel.

Nice room with everything I need available. Bathroom is very advance compared to my country. 24 hours service is good since I will arrive late at night. Luggage safekeeping service is good too because I can leave my luggage there on last day while go travelling.

The wifi speed a little slow and throttle after I uploaded around 20 photos to my google drive. Luckily I stayed for 6 days so my MacBook still have enough storage to keep those photos. Other than internet, everything is good.

It offered daily cleaning, an automated toilet, bath products (Shampoo, soap, conditioner, hairdryer, toothbrush and paste), a fridge and air-conditioning.

The bed was a bit on the harder side and you could sometimes hear noise from the hallway, like doors opening or people talking

The location is brilliant. Just a few minutes walk from a couple of stations! The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Great for the price.

The bathroom had some mould on the shower curtain, and overall the room could have been a little cleaner. The room is very small for two people. It is more of a single person stay.

Staff was very helpful, place is near a lot of stations, there are shops and restaurants around. Room has everything that you need for washing.

Room was too small, no place to put clothes or different staff. No tea or coffee. Windows can’t be opened and air was bad in room. I had to use air conditioner and got cold :(

Easy access to both Tokyo and Shin-Nihombashi stations. Yoshinoya across the road was a big plus as well for a quick bite.

The room space is so small, I guess it is the norm around the area. But overall, we are only there during night time so not much a big deal.

We got into the hotel quite late, but they accommodated us regardless. The gentleman who met us in the lobby was very friendly and spoke English. The room was small, but had everything we needed for our short stay.
